My (Cheap) landlord purchased a refrigerator from this store after the one that was in my apartment stopped working. About a week after my FIRST refrigerator was delivered, it stopped working (I had warm, spoiled groceries) just a short time later. They came out to fix it and I thought all was well...until it broke again (same problem)! The 2nd time, they replaced it all together. The 1st time the SECOND one broke, it leaked water alllll over my kitchen floor all the way into my dining room. Thank God I have quick reflexes or I would have broken my tailbone when I slipped on the water! This time I was told (in Spanish) that because there was no one there that spoke English that I would have to wait until Mon. for someone to repair it (as I called on a Sat.) My Spanish-speaking landlord called the place and the repair man replaced the so-called condenser tray in the bottom of the refrigerator towards the back on the same day. Apparently it was too small and the water wasnt evaporating fast enough...at least thats what I gathered since he spoke NO English. Once again I thought all was well until at the end of the week, I came home from work to find a hot refrigerator with (once again) soggy, spoiled groceries. Please DO NOT buy from this store!! I think they get their appliances from a junkyard, just put it on the truck and deliver it to your place. Just go somewhere else and buy a new one...youll be GLAD you did!
