Sold my wife a dryer heating element, unbeknownst to her, at a 300% markup. When I went in the next day to talk to him about a return or a reasonable price, Freddy just pointed to his sign that said "All electrical sales are final". He obviously does not know how to inspect an item to even see if its been opened, much less check the continuity to see if it still works. Hes only interested in taking your money because as he said "Ive got to pay my rent". Go to eBay and look for your part and youll find it for much cheaper. Go to Freddys if you need the part now and dont mind getting screwed.

They had the part I needed right now. Yes you could get the same part at a lower price online, but you would have to wait/pay for shipping/hope it is the right part. Before heading over I called to make sure they had the part. The lady quoted the price over the phone. I told her I would head over to pick it up. When I got there, the part was waiting for me at the register. They did not waste any of my time. I appreciate that kind of service.

Friendly and helpful. Yes parts may be cheaper online but you wont find components sold here anywhere else locally without special licenses at wholesale shops.
