Es una muy mala experiencia visitar “Home Depot” en el sur de la Florida, pero porque tenemos cuenta ahí seguimos cayendo en el mismo error de ir a gente no tienen buen servicio. Vamos con la esperanza de encontrar todo por nosotros mismo, pues si tenemos que obtener ayuda para encontrar el producto que recitamos es una gran odisea primero localizar a quien lo pueda ayudar y segundo que conozca de lo que le está hablando. Se nota que fueron puestos ahí sin ningún tipo de entrenamiento. Por lo general ni quieren saber cómo tratar al público, y lo peor es que no les interesa aprender. Siendo una de las grandes compañías y que se han enriquecido a costa del público de este país, debieran ser más selectivos en el personal que contratan, estrenarlos mejor y pagarles un sueldo que les permita vivir decentemente. Los ejecutivos de esta empresa son pagados cientos de millones de dólares siendo su aporte muy insignificante a la venta que los ha hecho ser la mega compañía que hoy son.

I was looking to have 4 closet shelve rods cut at 79 n 1/2, but i mad a mistake and told the guy that it was 59 an 1/2. After he had cut 2 of them i realized they looked too short, i apologized to the guy as i realized i had mad the mistake. The guy gets mad saying he now has to trow that away. I tell him to relax is not his money and at the end companies get rid of you just because even though youve broken your back for them like it happened to me recently for no good reason. He goes on saying that thats taken away from his bonus, i asked if he was the manager he says no he is the head of that department, , on my way home i thought about having 15 people come in and have him cut 15 of those same rods and then be oh am sorry i made a mistake , an i dont even want them anymore, !! It would be a nice lesson for him and on the value of good customer service.

La atención es muy buena Pero compre un mueble para el baño y las patas vinieron desalojadas como si no coincidiera yo se que no es problema de la tienda es del proveedor. Pero me Di cuenta cuando me lo habían instalado no pude cambiarlo.

As an associate of The Home Depot, I give my best each and every time I put on my orange apron... Evidently, people only have time to write reviews when they are upset or feel that they are the only customer in the store... We may not be the best as a group but there are some who give their all because sometimes we are customers with understanding. BTW, hows the customer service in other places you visit? Any common denominators???Have a great life all you negative nelleys!!!

Terrible service, awful attitude and attention towards customer!! It is a shame a only live 3 min away because I rather wait during the week and stop by a Lowes near to my office than go to this place. Ive never been so disappointed with so many sales associates in the same place, its like they dont even want to work there! Dont bother to ask anyone anything cause no one knows $#&* !! Shame on this people that forgot what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about!!

I waited 40 minutes to get help with 1 wooden board. Those working were all ignoring me, avoiding me. Had another department call over speaker a couple of times but no obe showed up.Took over 30 minutes for me to chase one (of the 3 people) working in Lumber. Then a female employee said she is helping the other enployees that were driving the lift. I waited, customers came and went. Got fed up and left 45 min. later. This was a weekday, at about 11 am.

To bat is close the door in my face I he tall me come back next day to get wood for the hurricane after make 4 hour line the first day he give number for the people in line for next day but last nine dont give any number he said come back next day .it no is come more wood .hi call the police is come about 10 car policy .To only punch out to the from is the door if traime like bat people. I have been coming to this location for years. Admittedly I am not a handy guy and one day there I met up with Carlo Royal who told me what I needed, how to do what I needed to do and took his time with me. He is now my GO TO GUY at the store. He has helped me at least half dozen times. I have had nothing but good experiences in the store.

Returns wont let you take back shark bites as per store policy which us B.S. because I can return it to any other home depot without a receipt and get my store credit. This home depots layout is weird too. Not typical and some ppl dont even speak English at the store. I wish Wal-Mart had a bigger building section...

This Home Depot is a little bit on the larger side. The fact that its one of the larger stores means that it has a lot of choices and stock. The garden area is pretty big as well. Cant say much about the staff but Ive never had a bad experience shopping there.

Gave it three stars because of the service the employees provide. Not very helpful and some act and look as if they dont want to help you or give you alternatives to problems. Went to Lowes and the service was much better as if they worked on commission.

Unsatisfied, for we could not find any salesperson on the area for windowsdoors. Three times there was a page for someone to show up, but to no avail. Extremely disappointing! That is no way to make business.
