Go to HHGreg or Best Buy!!! Read the other REAL reviews from Yari, Selvin, Jonathan, James, Robert, Melanie, et al!!! I wish I had. There was probably no product being delivered! Their practice is borderline illegal in my books. Dont fall for this sham of an appliance store. I honestly dont know how this outfit is rated 1 star. Its probably ½ star at best. But I guess ½ star increments are only allowed above 1, I gave them 1 star. Back in the 90s during the PC boom, the way to select the best PC was to call the tech support line before buying and see how quickly youd get a live person or "service". That process worked almost flawlessly in driving me to buy HP desktops instead of lower priced Packard Bells. By the same methodology, I will never buy at Brandsmart again. I purchased my first vcr and microwave from brandsmart in Oklahoma City in the mid 80s. Good products. Never had a problem. This year I bought a $2K refrigerator on Dec 8 with delivery scheduled for Dec 15. I called on Dec 14 to see if there were cancellations and my fridge could be delivered on the 14th. There were no available slots and I was assured that I have a morning slot on the 15th and since I live near the warehouse which houses the refrigerator, Ill probably be the first delivery. THEN, later that evening, hours before my "confirmed" delivery date, I get a voicemail saying, my "refrigerator is out of stock" and theyll call me to set up a new appointment when one comes in! Whaaaaat? What did I buy last week? Air? I spoke with the appliance manager who educated me on "how brandsmart works" (actually how it doesnt work) where prices are guaranteed but not products. So, you can buy whatever you want and they guarantee you something for that price but NOT the product you want. Multiple conversations with the appliance manager yielded nothing! Dumbfounded, I called HR and customer service and finally spoke to the general manager who was anemic at best in resolving the issue. I simply asked that they replace my "out of stock" refrigerator with a similar model and deliver it in the same time slot in the morning. Apparently, the system will not let him do it AND he kept a straight face! Wow! I cancelled the order (not that it was an order anyway) as brandsmart doesnt guarantee anything!!! Plenty of appliance store choices...take advantage of the competitive landscape! I ended up buying at Best Buy which was $150 more, but they matched the price so I ended up with great service and competitive pricing. Even without price match, its worth it to go to a real store. I can only imagine what it would be like trying to get warranty service or any post sale support from brandsmart if they blow pre sale service so badly!

The sales people here are focused on commission and up selling you every way they can. I found a dish washer that was a reputable brand, and I liked the price. I went to purchase it with my new best friend of 5 minutes, who told me this was the best one "I would not lie to you". We then began the process where the sales people obviously make their money. First question will you sign up for a credit card, as I was magically pre-approved without providing any income information or anything. FYI get a real credit card from American Express or Chase, and put a large purchase on it. You will get $500 cash back on your card in points, and then get points everywhere else, as well as have third party coverage in case the product fails. Thus the idea of getting a Brandsmart credit card or their warranty makes no senses. Obviously, I had no interest in this and wanted to just get out the door with the dishwasher I agreed to buy. I was then told I had to get the credit card, and it was worth the saving on the extended warranty. I told him no multiple times, and refused to let me check out until I applied for the card. He then told me that he had to get manager approval in order for me to make a purchase without getting the credit card, and apologize because they are told to do that for everyone, and pressure you into getting a credit card. Next question, what is your cable provider, and the up selling continues of trying to get me to switch my cable/satellite provider. He finally gets that I want ONLY the thing I came to buy which is the dish washer. Of course we then get to the warranty, which is pitched as a necessity and the manufacturers warranty is limited. Based on the reviews on BBB, and everyone else, Id roll the dice with a reputable manufacturer or use my credit card benefits than trust anything that is associated with Brandsmart. I told him I did not want the warranty, only for him to accidentally select the 3 year warranty, and give me my ticket to see if I would notice the price jump. I knew at this point whatever deal I thought I was getting, was obviously just some marketing lies to make you think you are getting a deal. Advice for everyone who shops at Brandsmart, if you dont feel good about what you are purchasing, dont buy it. The sales man will do anything to get a sale. If they are pressuring you, I recommend you just get them to give you a ticket and walk out the door instead of going to the cashiers. Look online at reviews, and prices of other retailers.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Sales associate Pedro Peralta is in the Mattress Department and has no clue as to what customer service entitles nor is he qualified for the sales position. He sold me a queen sized sealy posture pedic inspiration mattress with a power base. He recommended I buy this brand even though it wasnt in stock and it would only take 6-7 days to be back in Stock and delivered to my home. I came in on the 12th of October and was told it would be delivered on three different dates. I took off work several times and now on the 27th of October no bed. I called through out the two weeks calling customer service and the corporate location. I was hung up on several times. And had to drive to the location to speak to someone. I spent 2 hours in this location with different associates trying to fix Pedros mess. DO NOT PURCHASE A MATTRESS from this location. I promise you a life of tranquility if you purchase any household items else where. Furthermore, keep in mind when I spoke to a "corporate" office they transferred me back to the location I had an issue with to begin with. The brandsmart brand was never a brand I had in mind to spend my income on. Through the convenience of this location being in my new neighborhood it was suppose to be an easy task. I spent a week on the floor and another week on an air mattress. Thank you Pedro for doing what you thought was your job.
