I have gone three times to this specific location and I went back to see this Doctor because he is very knowledgeable. I drove all the way from Weston for my appointment to only find the worse customer service experience. The front desk young lady is absolutely rude, disrespectful and her attitude is not appropriate for customers. I walked out after waiting 2 hours and no getting an update from this person. Every time I asked for an update she gave me an attitude in front of other customers and she called me a liar when i said I did not receive a voicemail from her the day before. She did not even acknowledged me as I walked up to the front desk to check in, She also saw me walking out after the long wait. I felt I was begging her to provide me service. She is such a unpleasant asset to Visionworks that I actually forgot her name. Unfortunately, I went to 3 more Visionworks locations and the horrific customer service from the front desk workers seems to be a standard across the board.

Estuve esperando 1hora 46 minutos, con el fin de comprar BUY ONE GET ONE FREE y con la propaganda en el HEERALD MIAMI 2 pairs por 69$ plus a free eye exam...cuando me atendieron me dijeron que no eran asi solo los que tenian un stiker....y en todas las vidrieras decia 2 x 69 UNA VERGUENZA... promocionan algo NO CLARO
