The price is good ,quality is fine. When I went to choose a new glasses the experience is awesome. However they mess up my phone number so I didnt receive the text message or phone call for my new glasses at all. And when I called them to ask where is my new glasses, the first guy answer my phone just tell me hold on a second and hang up. The second lady is very inpatient and rude. I work in hotel, answer 50+ phone everyday, I will never answer customers calling in this way.

The doctor is great very professional he respect customers time and my eye exam came out perfectly, lines are too long for customer services at the eye glass department outside but once is your turn they are very kind . No complains . Thank you guys . Your customers: Gina Arellano and AJ Cheaytelli

Know I understand when customers complain about the person anserwing being very rude. I didnt even finish saying eye exam when I got coneccted to another line without any warning.
