I had been avoiding this day for years. I had reading glasses from early college, which I used for reading when I felt like it was important to look smart or impress my professor. That was enough, right? No. After walking into a few trees and generally getting tired of people asking "you cant read that?" I decided to bite the bullet and spend my lifes savings on glasses. Except I didnt have to. Although United didnt cover the exam or the eyeglasses, Pearle gave me a discount on each. I told Olly that I was on a budget, and she found me the perfect frame and lens combination to hit the number I needed. In fact, I even stayed for an extra two hours to try on all the frames in the store. Olly and Rick gave me coffee and let me have a good time, but my favorite frames were still the ones Olly had picked out for me. I will definitely be back. The best eyewear experience I have had, well, ever. Wonderful staff all around, and good vibes. Highly recommended!

Stay away from this business it is horrible it is the worst business I have ever visited on Biscayne Boulevard. I pulled up into the parking spot I went next door to go cash a check so i could purchase I wear and while I was cashing my check this horrible business had my car towed. The a tow truck driver to extorted me for $100. Stay away from this place at all costs. Its in a dangerous neighborhood theres a lot of traffic theres no parking the staff is unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

BEWARE! HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They charged my insurance for contact lenses and I do not even wear them. They put in the wrong prescription and got mad at me - Olie (owner) took out the glass w/my prescription and gave me the frames w/out the lenses. I have escalated this to the fraud department of my insurance co. I am still waiting for the rest of my refund. They are overpriced and steal from insurance companies. Beware!

The total attention to detail provided by Oly, Shaede, and Rick was far above what Ive experienced at other shops. Not only were they able to find the right frames and lenses for me at a reasonable price, I found that Oly is self trained in certain diseases of the eye, a step above many opticians. I have early stage macular degeneration and she knew all about it. Im not saying shes an ophthalmologist but she is aware. They earned my business.

BEWARE - I was severely overcharged for glasses - they charged me $1000 for what should have cost $500. When I caught them and escalated the issue to corporate they gave me the same answer which is that its up to the store to determine pricing and theres no way to compare the lenses to any others on the market.

The address on Google says that it opens at 9. I am standing in front of it, and its closed. Currently the times 9:40. I have been here before, but I dont understand why this would happen.
