I learned of the brand when I stopped a stranger in the streets and begged to know where she got her glasses. I knew I needed a pair (or two lol). When I saw that Warby Parker opened in Wynwood I was so excited. I grabbed my prescription and was off. I had a great experience at the store. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and the sales people were friendly and very helpful, yet gave me plenty of time and space to do my thing, trying on countless pairs of glasses. I decided on a pair of glasses and really fun prescription sunglasses. They were shipped (for free) within the next say 10 days or so. I love both pairs. I may bring the sunglasses in for a small adjustment (which they do for free), but Im still seeing if they will settle as I wear them. So happy to have this store nearby. I highly recommend if you are in the market for new glasses or prescription sunglasses. I will be back for more... Thanks Warby Parker!

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The people writing the negative reviews must have expectations beyond what is reasonable. The employees are courteous, attentive, knowledgable, helpful. Even when it gets busy there, they say hello to everyone who walks in. I bought frames a month ago and took them to my optometrist because at this time WP can do progressives but my prescription needs a type of lense that they dont do. I drove back down (over an hour for me) to have them adjust my frames because my optometrist was hesitant to work on frames I did not buy from them. The optician today was patient, and made sure I was completely happy.

As a previous WP customer, and someone who works in Wynwood, I was thrilled to learn they were coming to the neighborhood, and it made perfect sense. I was in the market for some new Warbys, looked up the phone number before going, and saw a few negative reviews. My experience today (a Sunday) was excellent – a hello right when we walked in, totally cool as my wife entertained our one-year-old who walked around the store letting out excited yells, a comfortable no-pressure environment, and attentive and friendly staff answering my questions. Its down-to-earth Warby, just as youd expect from this still-affordable hipster brand.

I just ordered a pair of glasses from this location and my experience was very positive. They were extremely attentive and helpful. I usually dread going shopping for glasses because of the typical pushy sales commission crap, but this place was an absolute delight. Their glasses are very reasonably priced, mine were $95 for both frames AND prescription lenses. The initial quality of the glasses appears to be high, but I cant speak on the longevity because Ive yet to receive my pair. If these glasses prove to be as good as their customer service is, then this place will definitely have my repeat business.

Just bought two pairs of glasses at the new Warby Parker store in Miami. The customer service at the store was top notch. The sales people, and more than one helped my fiancee and me, were attentive and very knowledgeable. The prices were also great, as were the terrific new designs! My fiancee and I each ordered two new pairs with progressive lenses. The new glasses arrived on time as promised, and when we went back to the store for fitting, again the sales folks were super helpful. We will definitely be back!

It is the 2nd pair of prescription glasses my husband bought. For the second time in the row, in less than one week of purchasing, the glasses fell off his face, and a car crashed it. We didnt even had enough time to go back to their store for an adjustment (which is 1 1/2 hour away from my house). The styles are cute, and the concept is great. However, glasses are not functional for working people unless you are a geek seating still in front of the computer all day without moving your head. Do NOT waist your money!

I had an amazing experience with Warby Parker. I went in to the store and browsed around for glasses. A sales associate asked if I needed help with anything but I prefer doing my own thing so I kindly declined. I tried a few pairs on myself and decided on Laurel. I walked over and order was finalized then and there. They got my prescription info and recommended the thinner lenses because my eyesight is awful. I got several emails tracking the progress of my glasses and received them in no time by mail. AMAZING

I do not believe that anyone could have a bad customer service at this place, for me and my daughter was EXCELLENT!. We went on a Friday and it was not crowded, (may be that helped). The selection of frames was huge, modern, simple, very organized display. The price for the frame plus lens is really great. We both bought eyeglasses and they helped us to choose the right one always with a great attitude and a big smile. I definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Roger and his crew took care of me for the 2 frames I purchased. The employees at Warby Parkers are friendly and knowledgeable and treat you like a friend. They have a one year leans guarantee. I recommend this place to anyone who is in the market for glasses. They dont do any eye exams there, so bring your prescription. Other than that Warby Parker in Wynwood is amazing place and staff.

Im not sure what all the complaints are about. I had a great experience here. The glasses are super stylish and very affordable. And the customer service was great. I came on opening day when it was crowded and I still had great help. I had a small issue with my glasses outside of the initial exchange period and they swapped my frames out - no questions asked. Highly recommended!

I have always had a struggle when it came to picking my glasses, specially because the prices were to high and the affordable ones never suited my face, but with Warby Parker I was able to purchase beautiful glasses and at a extremely affordable price. Excellent help selecting my glasses. They measured my pupil distance, so all I needed was my prescription. Make sure you take your glasses there once you receive them and they can mold the arms for a snug fit. Very easy to do business.
