Wow, there was literally 0 customer service. Was in the store for about 7 minutes and was not greeted or helped. Worst part was an associate comes out of the back and goes to a customer that is already being helped, while I stand there in front of a case obviously wanting help. For such an upscale store, they sure know how to make you feel worthless.

They had exactly what i was looking for. Sales people did not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable as many high end shops do. I walked around the store till i was ready to buy my Rolex Sub. MS.Hernandez also offered a Military discount saving me about 800 bucks ...Very Pleased

If its not a Rolex, they have no knowledge. Told me my watch was counterfeit. I told the guy it was a $35k watch. Also couldnt work on it.
