I found the wedding band of my dreams at Oster Jewelers. It is a big decision to make a purchase such as this so after thinking about it for 3 weeks my fiance and I went back to see about purchasing the ring. It was at this time that we were informed that the ring was now $1400 more than what I had been originally quoted. The owner explained how the price of gold has sky rocketed and that this ring was extremely underpriced to begin with. The lowest that he would go to work with us was $400 above what I had been originally quoted. I get it, the market changes just like any other industry, I understand that for a new customer walking in that they would be charged what the ring was marked at currently... but for them to not honor a price that they had originally given to me... such an awful move on the customer service front. As dramatic as this may sound, I couldnt even look at them, I was so disgusted and disappointed. I literally walked out of the store with a broken heart. Needless to say, we did not purchase the ring and will never purchase anything from this store. I do have to say that the sales associates here are extremely nice, helpful and friendly. I appreciated their time and assistance very much. I wish I could have made a purchase from one of them as I had planned to.

Came across Oster as my local Audemars dealer looking for a Royal Oak Offshore watch. Trevor was informative and educated me on some of the features of the watch. The watch was new for 2017 and super hard to get. I could have purchased at a boutique in Vegas or another dealer in Dallas. Both locations didnt take me serious in what I was looking for. Oster didnt "pre-qualify" and treated me like a serious buyer. I decided to wait as I placed a deposit for a watch with a unknown delivery time. It took 5 months and I feel it was worth the wait. It was worth dealing dealing with people that worked with me on a fair price. It was worth waiting for the top notch customer service that I received. It was worth the wait dealing with people that cared about what was important to me. I received updates with information on delivery even though it was limited. There was no pressure and both Jeremy and Trevor provided me with a serious watch at a fair price. They just made a customer for life.

I would never shop at another jewelry store in Denver. Oster is simply the best! Their selection, style, customer service are all incredible. It is a shame that there is that one-star review still on here from 5 years ago. If you read it it seems clear to me that the writer was reacting emotionally to not being able to purchase the ring of her dreams after waiting 3 weeks and seeing the price of gold go up! I was impressed that Oster was willing to come down so much to get close to her price - to me that illustrates the real quality, caring and commitment you will get here. Even that writer had to admit that the staff are super-helpful and friendly!

My husband and I wandered in one day to discover this gem of a jewelry store! Melissa and Jeremy have utmost quality watches one can desire. They also carry the world renowned Louis Glick diamonds!!!!!! My favorite diamond! Every time we come to town, we cant wait to go to Oster Jewelers.
