Im shocked and appalled at what I just experienced. I came into the store with my husband to purchase a diamond wedding band. I had just spoken to the owner on the phone, and he knew I was coming in for this. He seemed nice on the phone, but once in the store, he became extremely rude. He wanted to know how much I spent on a ring I purchased elsewhere and how much I was planning to spend with him. This was the first question from him, and I was a bit taken aback from this forwardness. He said he didnt want to deal with me and spend time helping me find a band if I was just looking for a cheap deal. I was so shocked, my husband turned to leave, and he started shouting at us. He had literally talked to me for less than 5 minutes. Im so baffled right now. He says hes been in business for 40 years, so perhaps others have had drastically different experiences. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I cant fathom who would allow themselves to be bullied when they want to spend their hard earned money on a nice gift for a loved one.

Had purchased wedding/engagement rings from here 16 years ago. Now it needed repair and we thought to go back to where we bought them because the woman we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Showed up to the "new" location and took a picture of the front for adding to Waze to help drivers know they had arrived at the right place. Older man came busting through the door and demanded to know why I was taking pictures and said that people should ask permission before taking pictures. Stated it was a security hazard and that I wasnt "no damned google car - theyre bad enough". I apologized several times and offered to delete the picture. He said "Damned straight" but kept yelling at me, blocked my entry into the store, stated "not interested" in my business, took a call in front of me and locked me out of the store. Had sent business their way before. Wont make that mistake again.

I met the owner yesterday hes a genuine good guy. I went in to get a diamond band cleaned and rhodium plated so i could sell it on ebay. I told him what i was trying to do, not only did he do a great job on my ring, but he offered my advice on how to sell it, how much i should be looking to get, and what to say in my ad. Fast, friendly, good service. Would definitely do jewelry business with the guy when i need anything. - mario

I Googled and found Corrells. A family owned business that does their own work and does not send it off somewhere else. Wayne and Peggy were very personable and I felt very comfortable with them. Wayne cut off my wedding ring and resized it because it got a little tight over the past 18 years. It fits great now. I rate them 5 stars.

I stopped in today to get an appraisal for rings I am interested in selling online. The owner gave them a quick cleaning and then helped to educate me on my options. The information was valuable and free. I chose not to pay for a paper appraisal today but if I decide I need it I will definitely return to get it here.

As owner of this business I find it very offensive for people like Todd to post lies about businesses, No business will let a stranger dressed like a thug walk up to a store taking pictures all around without permission. much less a secure jewelry store. Folks please only post true reviews and be honest.

I went in to have a couple of stones replaced, Wayne and his wife were so nice to deal with and he fixed my ring while I waited. I will definitely be going back for cleanings and to purchase any jewellery that I may want. Id highly recommend this store to my family and friends.

Jeweler was courteous and helpful with having my stone reset. He even helped me figure out what size I need to resize me ring even though my fiancé is having it resized by the store he purchased it from. I was very pleased with the service and work.
