I cannot even rate this place, because they deserve to be out of business. Our very dear friend took a few pieces of her jewelry there to have them cleaned, one being a priceless canary diamond which was a family heirloom and one of the only things her mother had left her. When she returned to get her jewelery, this piece of crap jewelry store had stolen the diamond! It was clearly not the same stone, let alone the same color. Those bastards had stolen one of the only things she had left of her mother. Because the stone was so old and handed down she had not had it mapped yet and because she did not have that information, there was nothing the police could do. So, if you have a nice, precious stone, my advice would be to stay far away from here!! My mother, at the same time as her friend, took her pearl bracelet in here to get it restrung and a new clasp put on (this was a bracelet she got traveling in Greece with her best friend). When she got the bracelet back, they had put the cheapest possible version of a clasp on, instead of giving her quality materials, they had also restrung it on a silver band that was so loose you could tell it had been re-used from another customers jewelery!! Well naturally she had them re-do their work, but staying with tradition, the bracelet broke this morning while my mom was in the cabinet over the toilet, where all of the pearls and pieces landed. They are lost forever, all because this jeweler does not take pride in their work!! She will never be able to replace that bracelet because she is now too weak to travel. If you have any sense at all, you will take these words to heart. I know there are not many jewelers up in Evergreen, but trust me, its worth the drive to take it to a professional who cares. The couple that owns Daniel Diamonds are nothing more than nicely dressed theives.

Daniel Diamonds is hands down the best jeweler in the Denver area! Dont let the drive to Evergreen dissuade you, they are worth the drive any day! I was looking for a small, local family business I could trust for my custom jewelry needs, and my friend referred me to Daniels, as her family had used them for years. I now know why, as Daniel, Karen and Kelly are the sweetest family owner/operators out there, so friendly, offering great suggestions, and incredibly communicative throughout the process. My mother had given me her old engagement ring and I wanted to have it set into a unique ring that would also include my own engagement diamond. I went into Daniels with several pinterest pictures and ideas in my head, and Kelly sketched out something on the spot that combined all of my pictures, ideas and more than I could have ever imagined--she is truly an artist! I just went in today and picked up my ring and I almost cried! It is truly stunning, and the attention to detail means more than words can say--my ring is one of a kind! They also helped me turn a couple of old rings into necklaces and I purchased some of their estate jewelry, and have been truly impressed with every piece. Trust any and all of your jewelry needs to this incredible local business, and consider the drive to get there and spending a day seeing the sights of Evergreen an extra perk!

I had originally posted that I was so frustrated that they rings they soldered together came apart after 10 months. They called after seeing the post, which speaks highly of them, and we decided to give them a chance to make it right. I just got my rings back today and they look so much better than the first time around. And the wedding band is actually centered. Ive purchased jewelry and watches from Daniel Diamonds on numerous occasions. I make it a point to stop by the store anytime Im in Evergreen, and Ive even called and ordered sight-unseen (I live in California). Karen and Dannys taste is just that good -- I can trust them to send me exactly what we discussed, without even seeing the finished product! My girlfriend loves her Daniel Diamonds custom jewelry, and I love my watches. Im actually wearing one of their watches as I type this. Highly recommended!
