Went in looking for an engagement ring and was treated rudely for wanting a lab-grown diamond for ethical reasons. The person helping us was not well informed about gemstones other than genuine diamond and continued telling me misinformation in a rude way until I left. You are better off spending your money elsewhere! Its a big purchase, make sure your salesperson is polite and knowledgeable.

No customer service. I waited for 15 minutes for any type of service and they failed to do one job at this place. Idk how they couldnt help me. if there was only two other customers in there with me and five employees. I will never spend my money at these place.

Walked in to get my ring cleaned and the staff was wonderful. They even checked my ring to find that some diamonds were loose. They were quick about repair and adjustments.
