My husband and I been here a handful of times together and he has been a couple on his own. The first time we went was when we went to look at engagement rings. We got this very helpful lady and we felt so comfortable with her. My husband ended up buying the ring there a couple of weeks later. We then went back to look for 2 bands for the wedding and the people were really snotty, we walked out with nothing. We stopped by the boutique a couple of days later and we found 2 that we liked and also found a band for him. We were a bit short on time so he got a size bigger since there was nothing that fit him and we needed a ring. We figured we would buy a smaller one later. I needed my bands resized and when I went in the lady was giving me a hard time about it since they were less than 1/2 a size smaller than the wedding ring. I told her it was still way tighter than my wedding ring so I still wanted it sized. She then said she was going to charge me, I told her the woman at the boutique told me the first sizing was free since it was a new purchase. She then said well ok I guess we wont charge you since it "technically" is a new purchase like she was doing me a favor. Fast forward to last weekend, we went in to see what deals we could get for my husbands ring with the Berkshire Hathaway discount, also get my ring sized, and possibly look at a different setting for my ring. We walked in and had to go look for someone to help us, I told the first gentleman that I wanted to check on changing my setting since it was not initially what we wanted, we got pushed to someone else, that person then pushed us to a third person. This gentleman was so rude and was trying to talk me out of doing what we wanted to do. he then got us another man and he did the same, I told them I still wanted to look at other options and to show me what they had. He finally got me to this lady that was nice enough to show me other options. She still tried to talk me out of getting what I wanted to we gave up. We left my ring to get sized and left. Today we went in to pick up my ring and we stopped by the mens section to look at rings. Again, we had to flag down someone to help us. Now this gentleman was very unhelpful, we asked him to see if they had the same ring my husband has in a smaller size. He picked the one up from the box and said oh no this is also a 9 and put it back. Gave us no other options, I had to ask if they had any other ones or if we could order. I mean isnt that an option a sales person would offer? He also told my husband that the weather changes the size of your fingers and to basically deal with it. I told him we bought a bigger one because that was all that was available at the time so we know it is actually bigger and not the weather! I mean come on! these people are sales, why every time we go in wanting to spend money do they try to talk you out of it or give you no other options? Being someone that has been in sales I would have sold myself a new setting, possibly a whole new band and also ordered the one for my husband or maybe even had him upgrade to a new better band! We literally walk out upset that we wasted our time every time we go there and every time we go in we say, maybe this time will be different. I can tell you now that we will never return.

I went to get a new battery installed in my Tissot watch and the very lifeless lady behind the counter said it would be about 20 min. I waited and looked around, she then said that it was ready and insisted on my returning the paper ticket she just handed me 15 min earlier. It did only take 15 min and then she charged me 38 and change, when I asked why she said its the type thats harder to replace so basically its 120 hr labor on a 2$ battery swap ....over priced services...not friendly at all...I you tubed it and I will do it myself next time....took the guy on You tube 2 min. Over rated place has seen my last purchase.

I was very unimpressed by Borsheims. Im not a needy customer by any means, but yet I still felt as though the saleswoman I worked with, Josephine, paid very little attention to what I was saying were my priorities. She also left me for twenty minutes to go assist another customer, which I could normally live with, but she expressed no apologies for it when she returned. I cannot speak to their quality or prices, as I left before we really got into that (I will say that if a place continually offers you "free" refreshments, the odds that youre not overpaying are slim) I had a much better experience at 14 Karat.

Phenomenal service! I ordered a handful of items from this store on Monday & it just arrived in boxes with each item gift wrapped and labeled. I did not pay to expedite the shipping, it just arrived 3 days after placing my order. I am I am blown away with the customer service & thought that went into my order! Someone from the store emailed me within an hour of placing my order asking how I would like everything boxed & they also offered to gift wrap the items & they did exactly that! Will definitely be using them again!!

My first experience walking into Borsheims was not one that would have gotten a glowing review; however, after getting Lisa Jackson as a sales rep I knew this was the place, with the right person to find the right engagement ring. I felt like talking with her for 30 minutes did more to understand diamonds than spending hours online doing research. If you want to find someone who will listen to your goals (budget, quality, etc) and work to find the right stone, I highly recommend Lisa Jackson.

I bought my first Tissot here, as a young person walking in you would think that most people wouldnt give you the attention that you desire or deserve. However, the person that helped me in the watch department was absolutely awesome, she took all the time we needed and made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. That was cool! Since then Ive continued to purchase from them in store and online. I went in once and I was hooked!

2013 + 2014: More than everything that youve heard !! Borsheims is a huge, city-sized, madhouse experience of jewellery and fine stones where you can spend a whole day spending two life-times of inheritances to fill your loved ones jewelry boxes to overflowing. And once a year youll run into Mr Warren Buffet as he spruiks this companys products during Berkshire Hathaways AGM celebrations.

Every piece of jewelry has been top shelf, the best quality..they size your rings, clean your jewelry, make adjustments to pieces...we just love them
