My experience with Snyder Jewelers was exceptional and far exceeded the level of customer service and personal attention I received during months of shopping at other stores. With Snyder, I felt like an educated partner in the process of finding the best quality diamonds and engagement band selections. For my purchase of a custom engagement ring and secondary band, Mrs. Snyder acted as my personal liaison through the process of designing, selecting the perfect diamonds, and fabricating two incredible pieces of jewelry. Throughout every step of the experience Mrs. Snyder and her staff kept me informed and shared with me their expertise. The custom, platinum rings were hand crafted by Snyder’s master jeweler. Mrs. Snyder showed me photos of each step as the raw precious metal transformed into precisely measured, immaculately detailed rings of perfectly sculpted, polished beauty. The certified center stone was held impeccably in place by the custom prongs which support it and the sparkle was more than I remembered since Mrs. Snyder had first presented the diamonds to me under the microscope. The decades of jeweler experience were evident in every millimeter. My fiancé was stunned when presented with the exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. When she learned that the rings were unique and had been custom made precisely for her by a local artisans at a family owned store, her excitement compounded. Supporting local family businesses is important to her. I was pleased to tell her that Snyder Jewelers is a family owned and operated business with a heritage and history of serving the local Front Range community for generations. It was after my purchase from Snyder was complete that a pleasantly surprising connection was revealed. The engagement weekend, we went to visit family and were greeted with excited screams and congratulatory cheer. The jewelry was the center of attention throughout the afternoon. For dinner, my grandparents arrived and were eager to learn more about the rings. I explained to them the process and told them who had crafted the custom pieces now proudly displayed on the finger of my beautiful fiancé. They smiled and looked fondly at each other. My grandfather turned to us and said, “I bought your grandmother’s engagement ring from Snyder Jewelers fifty-five years ago.” We will of course be returning to Snyder Jewelers for all of our future purchases and my fiancé insists we look nowhere else for my wedding band. I recommend consulting with Snyder Jewelers to anyone in need of a first jewelry purchase or for those who have been buying for years.

So I guess the best way to begin with my raving about this shop is by telling you about my horrible experiences elsewhere. Maybe Im difficult to please, I dont know. But finding an engagement ring should not be like searching for a new car with a car salesman at your throat. My boyfriend and I were on a budget and everywhere I went I was told that I would not find anything that would meet my expectations within my price range. Most of the places I went to didnt even care to know what I wanted in the first place. Needless to say after much disappointment i semi-gave up. I was searching online for a rings because I still hadnt seen one that I just fell in love with and somehow stumbled upon Mark Schneiders collection and was amazed. Snyder Jewelers was one of three stores in the state who carried his rings so off we went to go look. Johnny helped us find the perfect ring. He asked questions, he was attentive, he did not push us to make an immediate decision, it made all the difference. What truly amazed me was once he saw that I found the ring that I loved, he made sure that price was not an issue. He worked with us to make sure that we could afford that ring. I dont understand too much about diamonds and neither does my boyfriend. So Johnny gave us a rundown of what to look for, what affects price, etc. Point is, picking and purchasing the ring was such a fun and special experience thanks to this store! I now find out from my fiance that there was a delay with the pick-up time for the ring because Mark Schneider received an extremely large order of jewelery. After he contacted the store, Johnny (again) saved the day and our engagement date. Knowing that there was an error made on our pick-up time and that Mark Schneider wouldnt have the ring ready for weeks, the store was willing to create the display ring into my ring using the diamond that we had picked. The finished result is gorgeous. My point is I Ill never return to a big-box corporate jewelry store again. This little jewelry store has the kindest, most knowledgeable employees and they really do care about what you want. They dont skimp on quality either. I couldnt be happier with my experience here. We will definitely be returning for mine and my fiances wedding bands.

I went into Snyder to look at wedding bands and get my fiance sized. We got sized no problem, wasnt the friendliest greeting in a store I have ever recieved but we got sized nonetheless. I had been referred by friends to come here for my wedding band. I told the salesperson my price range and what I was looking for and she proceeded to show me rings $1200 more than what I was looking for. First one, a mistake maybe but she then pulled out about 5-6 more rings with similar price tags. Kind of irritated at this point. The sales person asked someone else and she said the only thing they have under $300 was a sterling silver band. I had been doing research online and had seen plenty of 1/6 carat diamond wedding bands/anniversary bands on numerous websites so I know they exist but I wanted to support a local jeweler. I left discouraged at the customer service and the feeling like I was WAY out of my league by going there. I will not be returning for any reason and not reccommending them.

I had volunteered to help a senior sell a few pieces of his late wifes jewelry. My first instinct was to phone Snyder Jewelers to see if they had time to check these pieces to see if they were genuine or not. Without hesitation Nadia said to come on over and she would help. Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted by Georgeanna, I explained the reason for my visit & since Nadia was with a customer she invited me over to a counter and proceeded to help me out. Nadia later joined us so both ladies gave me their expertise, educated me, cleaned all the pieces, measured, tested to make sure the diamonds were genuine as well as the precious metals, gave recommendations as to how to sell them, gifted me a little silk pouch and on top of that they cleaned my ring and it looked sparkly and brand new! All of this was for no charge! I am so very impressed. A+++ to Snyder Jewelers for excellent customer service! Thank you ladies for ALL of your help!

I did some pretty good damage to my platinum and diamond engagement ring with a dremel drill (dont ask!). I tore out one of the smaller diamonds on a corner and loosened some of the other stones. Close to tears, I rushed it over to Snyder Jewelers hoping they could do so some sort of repair. They (Shirley, nice lady!) calmly assessed the damage, told me what needed to be done and also suggested soldering my wedding band to the engagement ring to prevent more wear from occuring under the head of the setting. I left my rings with them and hoped for the best. A short 5 days later, they called and said my rings were ready to be picked up, I couldnt believe how GORGEOUS they looked!!!! The quality of workmanship at Snyder is impeccable! Not to mention the cleaning they gave my engagement ring, I think it sparkles more now than the day I got it! For all of your jewelry needs, Snyder Jewelers is the place to go!!
