If you read any reviews, I urged you to PLEASE read mine! Wow, I cant thank Delano Chevrolet enough! They customer service and products are amazing! I recently went through an awful buy back process on a certified used Chevy I bought at a different dealership because it was a lemon. I had a truck lined up at another dealership to purchase, but they werent fully truthful with all of the information about the truck and the truck was priced pretty high. I decided to go elsewhere. I found the truck I bought from Delano Chevrolet on TrueCar, which gave me a discount which Delano Chevrolet honored. I was nothing but surprised with the quality of the truck I came to look at and began the purchasing process right away. Also we traveled about three hours to this dealership and were about a half hour early showing up and they werent technically open yet. That didnt stop them from helping us. Our salesman was, Emmanuel Silva, and he was great. He was very friendly, open, honest and willing to answer all questions! He made the process very stress free and there never felt like there was any pressure to buy. The next thing that I was truly impressed with was the quality of service in filling out the financing paperwork. The gal we worked with, I cant remember her name, was really wonderful and explain everything in extreme detail. I came in wanting to purchase an extended warranty on the truck, but through their system they didnt have quite what I was looking for as far as a warranty. I brought in the paperwork regarding the warranty policy I was able to purchase on my previous truck and she had never seen it, but was willing to work with it. She successfully was able to find the exact warranty I was looking for and apply it to the truck I was buying. Next we ran into a problem with my down payment. Due to the buy back of my previous truck because it was a lemon, GM issues me a check. My plan was to endorse the check to Delano, but unfortunately they could not accept that. Instead of making it my hassle to figure out, they offered to send me home with the truck and they would send Emmanuel to collect the downpayment check from me (250+/-miles away) in a few days! Also there were a couple scratches on the truck in the clear coat and they even buffed them out prior to me leaving with the truck. This dealership and their employees go way up and beyond what that have to to make sure their customers are satisfied and I can not thank them enough. When I got home I was showing off my new truck to my family and one of my family members noticed that the tire size was wrong. This alters the speedometer and odometer readings, which I was apprehensive about. I contacted Emmanuel about this issue and he was right on top of it. He apparently talked to whoever he needed to talk to to get the issue resolved. The dealership will be putting the correct size tires on the truck this following week once they arrive. Yes that means a trip down there again for me, but again they have gone up and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase! My fiancé and I are planning on moving to Northern California in a few years, but when the time comes to purchase another truck and I would make the journey back to Delano Chevrolet to buy because their customer service and products are just that amazing. I whole heartily recommend buying from Delano Chevrolet! They know was the car industry is all about!!

This dealer is very rude and unproffesional . We waited four hours in the building without curtious attention and offered tiny bottles of water . They told us they had the truck we wanted and kept saying we are looking for keys , then that the truck was in the back then a hour later they told us they were mistaken . The sales person manny did not have correct information and lured us to the dealer with false info saying they can promise a deal and more on top . The manager (team lead ) asked manny if this was true , he said yes then looked at us and said it can not happen . Joe was unproffesional and discourteous . The entire staff was unorganized and unkowledgeble . Our information was not treated private and confidential , other sales represeniteves would gather and see all our documents during the process . Our overall experience was horrible . We would never recommend anyone to this dealership . I wanted to talk to manager and when I would ask and call they then said he was busy and would be three hours before I can talk to him . I asked how many managers there were ? 2 they said . I asked manny I would love a call back , he promised a call back and still have gotten nothing . Not a great feeling , I even asked for a Teresa but she was never available . Im sure manny never told about the problems we were having from the start . The application process was a headache . Resigning due to mistakes on the dealer end like wrong bank, not the correct phone number . The sales representive even came to our home for the new contract signing but the gap insurance papers were missing . Manny was trusted to deliver the new contract but when asking him questions he would not know anything , dealership unprofessional and embarrassing .

Worst experience I have ever had in a dealership. I bought my Tahoe 7 months ago and Have had to take my tahoe in 5 times between the old sedano car sales in bakersfield and Delano location. The last 2 times in Delano they have repaired the same thing on my tahoe and yet it keeps having some of the same issue again. Have called 3 times in the last 2 weeks to ask to speak to the owner and sales or service manager and keep getting told the are not available, out of town for business or they would have them call me back immediately . Seems to me that this might be the only way to get ahold of someones attention and actually get my questions answered, And my vehicle fixed the right way. A couple days ago around 3pm a sales associate calls me and told me that I have been hand selected to bring in my vehicle and possible trade it in for a nicer newer car. I asked the lady again if I could speak to the owner, and yet again sorry not available. I dont believe in name dropping on people and strongly believe in giving opportunities to make a wrong right. Delano family motors owner please call me or email me and your earliest convinience so I could speak to you about my experience with your company and the condition of my vehicle. Thank You

I received an email reminding me to make appointment for an oil change on my 2016 Malibu. I took advantage and made appointment using link that was provided. I called to verify a new key which had been ordered for my car could also be programed during this appointment and was told my the lady who books the service appointments that oil changes are done on a first come first serve basis and no appointment are ever made for them. I told her about the email and she had no clue what I was talking about. I live in Bakersfield so this is a 45 minute drive for us. so if I had not called for the key I probably would of waited for ever or not been helped at all, just like the previous time when we were called that our spare key was in and we could go pick it up. once my husband made the trip and was there, he was turned away because he did not have an appointment. I dont know if its lack of communication or training but this is very unprofessional. seriously thinking about using the Chevy dealership in Bakersfield instead of going all the way out to Delano.
