My brand new volvo 780 leaks massive amounts of water inside my headliner is stained in multiple places... 4000 miles and the apu central valley had S and S install has been running a.c. since it was installed. Have no way of shutting it off control panel says its off ,if I pull the fuse it sets off alarms . and for some reason since I signed paperwork and received the truck I cant get CHUCK to answer my calls e-mail seems he has been on a 40 day vacation, or he is just not concerned with the lemon he sold me . " CHUCK is this how you do business? " and the satalite dish I paid over $2,000.00 for is supposed to allow us to watch t.v. while in motion , I am lucky if it takes less than 15 min to find signal while stoped. Also installed by S and S. Still waiting for an owners manual. UNBELIEVABLE

I bought an electrical part that was not the correct part. The part was ordered by the vin number on the vehicle but was incorrect anyway. I went to return the part and they wouldnt let me return it even though they had sold me the wrong part. They claimed that electrical parts are not returnable. Horrible customer service and I will never set foot in this place again!

Fresno Lincoln Mercury Volvo is a great place to buy a vehicle, the staff is very customer friendley, and profressional. They built a brand new Volvo building and remodeled their Lincoln Mercury building as well. We have bought several vehicles from them and they always provide excellent customer service!
