I believe, this location has one of the worst customer service training in the world. I went to this store with my wife to make a selection for our patio furniture. Ive arrived at 7:20 and left at around 8 pm. The entire time i was in the store - all 5 employees including the manager - did not acknowledge us at any point. Not even a Hello. We wanted to ask questions but everytime one of them walked by...it felt as if we were ghosts ....they would simply walk by us and talk to each other throughout the store. So we let it be and kept on looking on each information card to get the info we needed. Will not shop there definitely will not even stop by the store again. Funniest thing was that the two sales girls and manager were making fun of the customer survey they received. Like it didnt matter for them as they could care less. My wife on the way out, sarcastically said - thank you -for nothing... and this other employee who was browsing on his cellphone, kind of raised his head without a clue and said thank you back....we were laughing at the same time annoyed. How we were just completely ignored in our 40 min we were in the store. And it wasnt like home depot were you dont get to see anyone because of its size, they were walking around, removing signs and chit chatting across the store loudly and laughing the entire time. We heard about their schedules, customer surveys and how one girl was playing the time card situation...complete chaos

Very disappointed. After growing up with all the christmas decorations and scenes in the fortunoffs of long island, and after listening to thier commercials that the past was back, i was very disappointed in the lack of displays and selection.
