We are completely happy with our experience! Sheldon was helpful and not at all pushy, and always friendly. He listened to what we were looking for and then talked so knowledgeably about the couches we were considering. We didnt feel pushed or "sold," just helped. Our couches arrived a week earlier than wed expected -- always happy news -- and the two guys who delivered them all the way up to the Catskills could not have been nicer, or harder working. Two thumbs up -- well come back for sure!
