While in-store experiences have always been good, if not great, I cant ever get them to answer the phone line at the store. I live far away and sometimes I like to confirm that they have a particular item in stock before I ride out there (especially with the kids in tow, to avoid disappointment). Even today, the phone line has been busy ALL day. I called the mall (Crabtree Valley), who was unable to reach them as well. Customer Service shouldnt only apply when youre physically in the store, otherwise, why have a phone line at all? Maybe they dont, anymore...

My wife is in love with this store, a must stop location every time we visit Crabtree Valley Mall. This Disney Store has everything you can think of. It has everything from Disney Princess to Star Wars to kids TV shows and plenty more! The recent redesign of the stores layout makes it more free flowing and easier to navigate, even when it gets crowded.

Grew up a Disney kid, so Im super biased. This Disney store has a fair selection of clearance items and Vinylmations. With our "proximity" to Florida, the staff seems to know a helpful amount about vacationing in Disney - its fun to share stories. They have events every week like storytime and trivia. Bring the kids!

The Disney store is an amazing place. I have seen the smiles this place, and the cast members bring to not just the children, but also to adults. People come in here from all over the world to bring home a small part of the magic that is Disney.

I Love this Disney Store its clean and easy to move around in. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they always tell you about the sale that are going on if you may have missed something when you were shopping.

We had a lovely time in this store today. Staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Lots is things to look ably without purchasing them. Daughter had a blast.
