Update: sometimes customer service can be everything. I was pleased that Moe gave me a follow up phone call after my review to let me know that he was trying to give me a chance to get financing through my bank for a better interest rate then theyre guaranteed financer. I think everyone can appreciate somebody trying to help save you money! I spent two days at the Twins lots. "Guaranteed financing" is what brought me here. I was approved for financing on my totalled vehicle when I was working and now that Im a stay at home Mom I was fearful that I wouldnt find financing for another vehicle since I was not employed. I found a vehicle on their lot and I applied for a loan with a great credit score and a cosigner that makes over 80,000 a year and was denied by the first credit union that the Twins sent it to. They made no effort to find another institution to finance me and I left feeling hopeless. The next day I decide to stop at George Matick Chevrolet and within 15 minutes I was financed through GM financial for a 2017 Equinox. I also was able to surprise my spouse with a 2016 Silverado that I was approved for. Go see Kimberly Gladwin at Matick! Its right up the road and she got me way under my price points! The only positive thing about Twins was everyone was friendly.

I had financing arranged, so I cant attest to that aspect of their business, but everything else went smoothly. Pricing was very fair given the minor cosmetic defects on the car I purchased. Service was great, calls were answered promptly, and messages returned within minutes when an email was sent. I would certainly buy from them again. My one comment/suggestion is that their detailer didnt do a very good job. He/she wiped everything down with Armor All, but didnt wipe it afterwards with a clean towel, so it left many of the surfaces looking stained with the residue, but that was easily fixed. My only complaint, and its half-hearted at best, is that when I purchased the vehicle the gas was sitting basically on empty.

wow these guys at twins auto sales are awesome, it all started wit my car breaking down and Sam came to help me leaving his task assignment. I was told shortly after that my motor has locked but dont worry sam said to me, we can get you into a new car today and leave the junk behind. I started the process getting approved almost instantly. If you have a car that is consistently giving you problems call twin auto sales and ask to speak to AL and if he dont get you approved I willliam will personally give you my car......

I bought a fairly high-end ride from twins Al & Abe last week. These two are go-getters, eager to do business and conscious of their good reputations. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I liked the deal I got and they made a decent profit, Im sure. Everybody is a winner. I ended up financing through the bank where I have accounts because it is more convenient for me, but Abe was able to offer me a surprisingly low interest rate. Good job, guys!

This was my first time buying a car (from a lot/dealership) and I was nervous going in but I came in and Allen greeted me in the parking lot and put my mind at ease the whole time I was there. Its a very busy place but employees and staff are still friendly and pay as much attention as possible to each customer. I was approved and in a car a lot quicker than I was expecting and it was a nice 14!! Would and will definitely recommend this place!

The guys at Twins Auto Sales in Redford rocks, Mark Martin and Allen Sareini, really helped me, I went on the website saw a vehicle I was interested in I did the credit application and later that day Mark Martin gave me a call and told me I was approved for a vehicle so I went there the next day and now Im driving Allen and Mark was very very thorough with giving Me information on the vehicle, I would definitely refer anyone to these guys.

Two thumbs to you guys.....especially thanks to Allen the great saleman. I will most definitely recommended anyone to you. 10 29 16 I thought the jeep I got was solid. Theres so wrong under the jeep. 1900 dollars worth of work needs to be done. Smelling gas alternator going bad tires dry rotten? BBB HERE I COME. I DONT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE AND THIS IS NOT THE LAST TWINS WILL HEREFROM ME.

From the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was very pleasant. I worked with Allen. He was funny and very patient with me. He treated me like family and worked his hardest to get me into the car I wanted for what I felt comfortable paying. They offered biweekly auto- pay so its way easier. Came here after spending 5 hours at a different dealership without success and Abe and Al spent all of 45 minutes getting me approved for a 2015 Nissan Altima. Even with all of my credit problems they were still able to get me approved. Couldnt be happier with the services they provided. Definitely recommend. Ask for Sam to detail if you buy a car. He doesnt miss a spot.
