I see all these bad reviews about Livonia Auto Sales. My parents have bought a couple cars from here and they were quite pleased with the mannerism of the salesmen. Once I had enough money to by a vehicle they suggested that I go there to buy a vehicle. I bought a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500HD; the miles were midrange in my opinion (128k). They suggested that for that year and engine type that those trucks are bullet proof. It had some rust on it, but that doesnt bother me, what vehicle is rust free in Michigan, right? The interior was clean as a whistle. Since this was my first time buying a vehicle I didnt know what to expect, they walked through the process with me. Told me that it is a "as is deal", which I knew because of my parents. Livonia Auto didnt try rushing me at all they just simply helped me and walked me through the motions of buying a car. The one thing that confused me was they had to call for a price. They explained to me that they have a 3rd party financing company that works with them because people just stop making payments. Over all it was a good experience, friendly staff. Clean waiting room, free doughnuts and coffee.

I Absolutely LOVE Livonia Auto Sales, and the whole team. They are super polite, and always have positive attitudes. No matter the situation, Basel will always find a way to help you. They always have a good variety of cars, which is uncommon for most dealerships. I bought an 03 Impala off of Basel 2 years ago, and it still runs and drives PERFECT, Basel even had his detailer clean it for me and it came out beautiful! The sales manager, and the sales associates are very nice, respectable people. I have recommended this dealership to many of my friends, and they have bought cars from Basel also and have never had any problems.

Livonia Auto Sales is a wonderful establishment. These bad reviews I dont understand. Ive bought many cars from them. Great honest people that treat you like family. The owner Basel and his son Faris who run the dealership are a couple of the greatest people I know. They are almost always priced better then any other cars on the market. Great deals. Everything is upfront and honest with all vehicles for sale. If you are looking for very good deals and to be treated fairly while purchasing a car, this is the place for you. Dont take my word for it. Go there and check out the place for yourself

I would not recommend buying a car from here. I saw a car online that I was interested in, and went to look at it, and he did not have paperwork available for it when i asked. The car was also wrecked upon close inspection, after he previously lied to me and said it had a clean title. Whoever fixed it did not make sure the body panels lined up, and other misc. parts were not looking good. 90% of the other cars in the lot were wrecked too, as they had cheap paintjobs done, or aftermarket body panels to cover things up, and the body panels were not aligned well.

I bought a van from them. Within a week and a half cylinder 3 was misfiring along with coil pk. They CLEANED the plug and put it back! Then 24 hrs later its misfiring again. They changed plug 3 and coil pk. Now again its misfiring! Owner is rude and made me pay for parts. Now no answer! Still no plate with after 3 weeks of having it (tomorrow is 3 weeks! Horrible place! Update: van is misfiring again. Bad motor! Almost 30 days and still no plate! Is it illegal to issue a second and 3rd paper plate?!

Stay away, they have almost no knowledge of automobiles and their operational parts. They do not care if they bought a car with known problems, fix nothing, cleaned very little, and then turn around and sell it to you. You will be deceived, tricked, and overall screwed over. Dont listen to the one positive review, I should have listened to the negative reviews and not been fooled by their "cheap prices" ... Its only cheap because their cars should be totaled or lemon lawed.

Owner is friendly and easy to talk with. Other than that he your typical "Used Car Salesman". The staff is dirty and unprofessional as is the whole place. They eat and smoke in the main lobby. Expect BS, double talk, broken promises. Go in with the understanding of "buyer beware" and "as is". Do not trust them to complete anything more than getting your money.

If you need a used car, this is the place to go. The staff are very nice (especially Basel) and they will answer as many questions you have without getting irritated. Their prices are also very low for the cars they are selling. I definitely recommend them. Dont just read the reviews, go in and i promise you that youll walk out satisfied.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They are shady as can be! They sold me a car a week later it doesnt want to go over 25mph tool it back to them, they kept it for 5 days only to put windsheild wiper fluid in. They wont help me or give me a refund. Dont trust anything they say they are scammers. Especially the woman shes a liar

Very slow on paper work. Very confusing on talking. Has to talk to someone on the phone to get a price while i was there. Also charges paper work fees. Which ive never had to do at any auto sales place.
