This place should be called Robert Stevens Bait and Switch Appliance Outlets. These appliances are the rejects purchased from the big box retailers and then resold. They are thrown together with inferior components and the warranty expires as soon as the delivery truck gets to the end of your block. Beware...CROOKS!

Went here under the guise of a discount. Like mentioned the prices are close to the same prices at major stores. 20 dollars off aint enough for me. I would rather wait for a sale at home depot to get the same item with a better warranty and guarantee. It was a waste to travel the distance to get here for that.

Prices are not low. The advertised retail price is at least over by $100 making their price look good when in reality you save $40. Ex: dryer on sale for $360 showing retail is $500. But I looked up the exact dryer and its 400 at Lowes so you are only saving 40. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The products were good for the price, the staff was fine, the guys who delivered my moms washer were very professional, however, the bastard they used to install my mothers air conditioner was a scumbag who was extremely rude to my elderly mom. Big fat Zero star for that jerk.

I purchased a refrigerator, washer, and dryer 12 years ago. My refrigerator went on the brink 12 years later. The washer and dryer is still going strong. No issues to date. Time to buy a new refrigerator. It served its purpose.

Do not buy from this place I bought a $800 fridge they dropped it off and it didnt work. I called them up told them it didnt work they told me they werent responsible and to call the manufacture.

I DONT recommen this store. They are socks. Warranty its pain store doesnt cover anything and they give a phone # where I need to call and nothing for 4 weeks . Please dont buy anything here..
