Last October, I purchased a washer from the Home Depot in PA near where we had just moved. 7 months later it was leaking due to the fact it was installed improperly which caused a stripping of the water inlet problem. The insurance I purchased would not cover this issue. I called the Home Depot where I purchased the item...long story short, no phone call back from them but I found out later they had written in my account "I cannot help this customer". Instinctively, I called the Pburg store where I had done my previous purchases for 10 yrs. I spoke to Tracy. In about 20 minutes she had arranged a repair with LG picking up the tab. She is amazing. If ever I need an appliance, I will purchase from Tracy at the Pburg store.

Had an estimate done for a new AC unit and furnace through the Home Depot MyInstall online request and the contractor they sent stepped through my ceiling from the attic and the Home Depot has washed there hands of addressing the issue along with TM Brennan, the contractor selected by the Home Depot to do the work. Will not shop at the Home Depot any longer as they dont stand behind their contractors and address issues impacting their customers.

By and large, those that work at this Home Depot are extremely helpful, energetic and cheerful. Seem to genuinely want to help the customer. Sure, there are a couple of exceptions with such a large staff, but the great majority are, well, great. Cant say the same for their nearest competitor. I find Home Depots staff far better than Lowes.

Wow never before have I been talked down to like I was at this store...I was going to purchase several things....now I am off to lowes thanks to Nick ....he acted as tho my question bothered him...

Very rude staff. Seems like you are a burden if you ask a question. Not friendly at all. Said hello to at least 5 employees and not 1 said hello back.

Good typical Home Depot. Very busy on week ends. Bad point they allow dogs in store that are non service animals!
