The first impression was the best. July 28, 2017 I called Johnson appliances for my dryer. I knew I had a sock or something stuck in the blower because it wouldnt turn. Mr. Johnson was in the neighborhood and said he could be at my house in a matter of hour. He was there in the stated time. He and his nephew looked over my dryer, found the items and it was up and running in no time. I was really impressed with his turnaround time and professionalism of both him and his nephew. On August 29, 2017 I called for service again, this time the dryer was not thoroughly drying my clothes. Mr. Johnson sent Fred and another gentlemen out to inspect the dryer. Fred said it was heating the element, explained what needed to be done and said hed pass the information to Mr. Johnson. He took a picture of the serial number for Mr. Johnson and said he would pass it on. Ive called Mr. Johnson several times and to date my dryer still isnt working properly. Called twice last week. He was supposed to speak with Fred last week and call me back. That didnt happen. I called again today, September 11 and Mr. Johnson acted as though he had no knowledge of my problem and advised Fred is on vacation. Now Im frustrated. He asked that I send a copy of the serial number and hell see what he can do. NO, Im not doing that. I feel like, I dont matter. And to think I initially told my friends what wonderful service I first received. If this is his follow up. NO THANK YOU. Ill have to find someone else. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Giving him 3 stars because of his lack of follow up.

Called Mr.Johnson at 9 yesterday morning about my washing machine. He said he would be out between 10-12 the same day. He showed up during the time he said and worked on my machine. He explained the problem and said it was the timer . He said it would cost 260 or more. I agreed with him to order the part but he said might have one at home. He left and assured me he would come back today if he could get the part. Mr.Johnson was back in matter of hours with the part and it only cost half of the original price quoted. He was very professional and efficient. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for dependable service.

That was my experience when I called Mr. Johnson to repair my washing machine. He came out immediately and got to work right away. My washing machine would not spin and before making any repairs, Mr. Johnson showed me the problem - there were 2 socks stuck in the hose - which he not only repaired but ran the machine through a cycle to make sure it was in fact fixed. Reliable, affordable, warm and friendly service is what I receievd from Mr. Johnson of Johnson Appliances.

ohn Middleton of Pro Appliance (a contractor for Johnson Appliances)..came out to fix my Aunts refrigerator yesterday, Shes not very tech savvy and insisted i write this review for her. His service was quick exceptional and the pricing was reasonable. He explained everything step by step thoroughly. She is over the moon because not long after he left the fridge was cold and working perfectly. She highly recommends this service and will use again!

Call this company for a service call the tech said he would be out about 3pm no call no show I call him back at 330 he stated was on another job and other excuse but he would still b coming to me but dont know when I told him i been waiting 3an half hour he got an light weight attitude I told him never mind I think thats unacceptable to treat customers like that wow

My washing machine was not operating correctly, and I swear they would have come the same day if someone was going to be home. Very attentive, honest, and reliable. Its great to know you can still find great service out there.
