I was in the market for a new mattress and I was referred to Amy Pothier ( Manager of Mattress Firm, Hingham, Ma.) by a friend. All I can say is "Thank goodness"! Amy was fantastic. She was informative, caring, kind, and professional, along with her colleague at the store. She walked me threw the whole process, by comparing all the brand names as well as price. Keeping me in my budget. It was amazing, at the end of the day, I got great service, more stuff than I had expected and amazing price! Amy was more than accommodating with the delivery as well. I went to mattress Firm this weekend in Hingham to look for a new king bed set and I was referred to speak to Amy Pothier by a friend. I had an amazing experience from the minute we entered the door we were greeted by Amy and another associate who were both very pleasant. She knew her stuff on the differences between the mattresses and what was best for our needs and what we could afford. We were taken care of with such professionalism as well she was very nice and we left there with more than what we expected but we also got an amazing price!!!! I would with out a doubt go back there as well as refer friends and family.

I made a visit to the Hingham location on 2/18/17. I had not purchased a new mattress in over 10 years. I worked with Amy, she was well informed, educated about the differences in her products, put me at ease knowing where to start in this rather overwhelming purchase. There was no pressure. We started with what I like in a mattress tried a few and then we talked pricing. I would highly recommend Amy and the Hingham location. Wonderful to work with and available for questions after my purchase.
