I ordered a couch in December and was told it would arrive likely in mid-February as the manufacturer shuts down for two weeks for the holidays. No problem. I paid in full when I placed the order. Mid-February comes, and Im not yet contacted with a delivery date. I called and the couch is showing with a tentative ship timeframe of the beginning of March. I called back two weeks later at the end of February to hopefully get a definite date. Now its showing a tentative ship timeframe of mid-March. I asked when the ship date would be finalized and was told they have no way of knowing that. How about you contact the manufacturer on behalf of your customers and put some pressure on them, perhaps? I get the manufacturer delays are not the stores fault, but its their job to manage relationships with manufacturers and ensure their customers get what theyre paying for. At this point I feel like Ill be lucky if I get my couch by the end of Spring.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Furniture Forever! Their quality and name brands are the same that you will find at Jordans Furniture. The staff is exceptionally helpful in assisting you with making the best choice to meet your individual needs--from finding the right piece to coordinating color schemes--and at a very affordable price! They are not at all pushy, and let you browse at your leisure, but are there to assist you. I purchased my living room sofa, chair, and ottoman nearly a year ago, and a smile comes across my face every time I sit down. If you are looking for furniture, you owe it to yourself to stop by and check out their selections!

The one and only time we went there, nobody else was in the store, but the person that worked there. He didnt bother to approach us, we asked him some questions, and he acted as if he was bothered by having to actually interact with customers. Some of the furniture was subpar, and we noticed a few drawers and beds that were broken. I understand this can happen at any furniture store, but if youre trying to show off your best stuff, it shouldnt be stuff that will easily break when its used by customers demoing your furniture.

Love this store! We bought eight (8) swivel base/height and back adjustable office chairs from Furniture Forever and we absolutely love them. We use the chairs all day, every day in our retail store which is open long hours and is typically very busy. The chairs are comfortable and after nearly three years have held up incredibly well--in fact they still look new. Their customer service was super--the owner really took the time to show us what the choices were and to answer all our questions. Thank you Furniture Forever!

I would give them a negative 0 if I could. Terrible customer service, and terrible quality furniture. Totally a waste of money, very pissed. If you value cheaply made furniture shop here
