Went in to purchase an end table and a coffee table. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They remembered the furniture we had bought 8 years ago, and helped us build around that, purchase new pieces and even had suggestions for items we hadnt considered. All at a great price. No hassle, no pressure, just honest folks selling great quality products that they would have in their own home.

Bought a few pieces from Ross over the past month. The service was nothing but 5 star. This is an honest business run by honest people and after my experiences with the large commercial stores, I will never go anywhere else. I suppose this is the reason Ross has been a fixture in Dover for almost 80 years. Highly recommended.

Our favorite furniture store. This is a family run business that cares about the community and its customers. Most of our house is furnished from this establishment. Ask for Tony. He is the best salesman we have ever known. He will bend over backwards for you.

These guys are really great, they have really fine quality stuff, the futon I bought when I was 22 is still great at 30 and its the best bed I ever had. Were buying a new couch set from them and they have great prices!
