We recently bought a 7 piece dining room set from North Shore Furniture. The sales girl was very nice when we were making a purchase. Then within 3 days one of the chairs leg broke. I called her and she instantly put the blame on us. I told her the quality of the wood was very poor. She quickly denied it and argued about it. I was extremely shocked by her behavior. Then she said shell talk to the manager and will get back to us. I waited the whole day and I didnt hear back from her. So I called her and she seemed annoyed. Anyways I brought the broken chair back to the store. She had customers there. I made sure they know what kind service they will be receiving if their furniture breaks. She put a innocent act and pretended to show that she cared, which was a great act on her end. Anyways now we have to wait another 2 weeks for the leg to arrive. They dont offer any warranty. Moreover to my surprise she couldnt give any gurantee if it breaks again. PLEASE DONT SHOP THERE....THE QUALITY OF THE FURNITURE IS EXTREMELY POOR. You might save few bucks but in the long run you will end up wasting money since the furniture will not last. best of luck!!!

I have been buying furniture from this store for years. I find them highly customer orientated in fact I bought a living room set from North Shore Furniture and a year later I said the cushions have flattened through time and they sent us new cores for all the cushions, it brought new life to the set. I have been very pleased and would recommend and definitely go to them again when im ready for a new set. Really great people who make you feel like family when you walk in rather then a sale..

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL. FROM THE STORE TO THE DELIVERY PROCESS WAS A SMOOTH TRANSITION. THE DELIVERY DRIVERS CAME AND SET EVERYTHING UP AND GAVE US INSTRUCTION AND LET US KNOW OF OUR OPTIONS. THE STORE OWNER ALSO CALLED TO MAKE SURE THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. NOT TOO MENTION THE FURNITURE ARE GREAT QUALITY WITH AN AFFORDABLE PRICE!!!!
