I recently purchased a bedroom set from REGAL HOUSE Clearance Outlet and when it was delivered there was only four pieces of furniture. When I tried to explain to the delivery person that I had purchased 5 pieces of furniture and not 4 he was extremely rude and assumed that I was lying. Thank god I still had my receipt. When they finally delivered the correct number of furniture I thought the head ache would be done. As I was looking at my furniture I noticed many scratches and nicks that werent from the delivery process. I immediately called Regal House because I was not satisfied with my bedroom set. I was also able to send them pictures. I was told they had to schedule a Regal House worker to come and look at the bedroom set and "see if it could be fixed." I told the person that came to look at my furniture that I refused for it be fixed with a marker. I feel that I have paid way to much money and there is significant damage that would not be able to be fixed by a marker. When I received all new pieces of furniture they were still full of nicks and scratches. After a month and a half since I ordered my bedroom set, I called Regal House again and I was told the same response as before "you have to schedule an appointment for a Regal House worker to come look at the furniture and see if it can be fixed." Well the worker came and he fixed the Knicks with a marker!!!! I called Regal House back and ask for the manager. I wanted to explain my frustration with the company and let them know that this is not acceptable. I did not expect them to send me another bedroom set but for them to understand that I was not satisfied with the way I was treated through this process and the quality of the bedroom set that I ordered. I hoped to get money back towards my bedroom set but I was told by a Regal house worker that $1050 is a good price for the amount of furniture I ordered. Even if I paid 1 dollar for the whole bedroom set that was the price that was offered by there company so I should not be having an employee stating that information to me. She then hung up on me as I was still talking. I called back and she said I signed a paper so there is nothing they can do!!! Before I could say anything else about "the paper" I signed she hung up again. The Only paper I signed was the first time my furniture was delivered and I was told I was signing that I received my furniture. I really advise NO ONE to order from this company !!

Purchased a sofa/love seat set. A sofa leg was broken at delivery, Regal made it right by refunding the delivery charge and sending a brand new sofa. Would recommend.
