Hi, I am very happy with the mattress I had in exchange. The owner was willing to let me pick out one which was more suitable for my age and weight. I wish it were 20 years ago when the mattresses were double sided and had handles to carry them or turn them over. When a large person comes to buy a product, take that into consideration before selling her a light weight product. Thank you for exchanging my first unsuitable mattress. Sarah

My 4 year old in a bunk bed was in need of a new matress. The salesmen were very helpful and we let our 4 year old pick the mattress. That night she decided it was not comfy anymore, and I called and got the same sales rep. He was so understanding, took back the mattress that day and gave us a great deal and recommended a great new mattress. The have super low prices, and excellent customer service! I highly recommend.

Good place, My mom get me a new bed. Its a hypoallergenic twin size bed. Its super comfortable and feels awesome! Love this mattress store. I say it is better than Sleepys and Mattress Firm.
