I work for a residential management company and we have many resident events and LOVE the Christmas Tree store for their decor and reasonable prices. On a more recent occasion we purchased items but lost the receipt for our expense report. In a panic I called the Avon store 2 weeks later to see if they can somehow find and reprint my receipt. To my surprise the Manager was able to find it and faxed it to me. I rarely need much other than normal purchases but this was a great above and beyond experience. I thanked repeatedly and hope this review helps him as well!

Very clean store but there are some of the cashiers that seem to have attitude problems and they do not wrap some of my glass items properly other than that it is a nice store good prices low prices and they have a great variety of holistic foods and foods that you cant find in the grocery store but no fresh fruit and vegetables

Part of the venerable chain of discount home furnishings stores very popular in New England. Everything from small furniture to kitchenware to curtains and foodstuffs and seasonal items. A lot like Ocean State Job Lot but much cleaner and better organized. Can get very crowded on weekends.

Great store but every time I go there they ask if Ive given my email address which I have numerous times and filled out the slip. I have never once gotten an email or coupons or the $10.00 coupon your supposed to get. Why do they keep asking for the email when you never receive anything.

No one was helpful. Every associate I encountered did not know where anything was, or denied carrying the item. I found the item and later showed the associate and the response I get is, "well if you knew where it was, why did you ask for my help?"

Not a fan. we bought 3 sets of lights here, got them home and 2 sets didnt work. Took them back and were made to feel like WE broke them. Lesson learned..and BAH HUMBUG!!! to the rude person in returns

Will not return to this store. The cashier took forever to cash out the woman in front of me and when they opened up other registers they took all the people who were behind me. Very unprofessional.

Its a 4 Star because I loved the store. Not a 5 Star because I thought the staff could be more helpful. Telling a customer "I dont know" instead of "let me find out" is never a good thing.

Its always crowded. Good stuff to decorate the house with. Aisles are a bit small.you have to constantly move out of the way when someone else walk your way with a cart.
