Wife and I stopped into both locations on a Saturday morning. The Victory, Kawasaki, Polaris building was clean well appointed, and the two salesmen we talked to were knowledgable and friendly. Even while browsing near the service counter two employees checked in with us to be sure we didnt have questions. The Harley building was again clean and well appointed. The first salesperson was friendly and polite. After being their for a few minutes, we were addressed by another salesman. We let him know we were just looking around, and he asked if I ride now and what I have. I let him know I have a VStar 1100. His reply was "Yeah. Yourre ready to step up. Theres a lot of wannabes on those." Now I could be confused on what a "good" sales tactic is, but I doubt insulting a potential customer would qualify. No matter how we would have tried to back away from the phrasing, or explain what he meant the bottom line is he called me a wannabe for riding a VStar. I was so shocked, I turned and walked away from him. I hope he didnt think that would shame me into riding a Harley, because if I ever did decide to buy a Harley, this is the last shop Id go to.

“I was in the market for a 2017 CVO and visited a few dealers around my area. Gatto was the only one to have the CVO on the floor. They were very friendly and informative. Kevin showed me the bikes and helped answer questions. I worked with Cory for a few adds/changes. They had many different slip-ons on different bikes on the floor so I could hear the difference. He even put a set on a bike while I waited to demo it. Steve had everything ready to go on signing day. Marissa helped pick out a new jacket and knew the details about each one. I would recommend anyone looking at HD to head to Gatto.”

They are very over priced and used bike are jacked up and they are terrible to talk to about price. They dont care if you have cash with each bill noterized by the president they want you financing!! at a rip off price. I went there and they wouldnt lower the price on a sports bike 100 dollars even with cash. They wanted me to finance 100 dollars...On something thats 8900 ...anyone would be happy to take 8800 in cash their dumb go somewhere else. Plus their bike selection. GOOD but same deal. Ive been dealing with these smucks for 10 years. Never changes

Took the bike in for some ESP work....Check in was handled professionally, when they said it would take a week, it took a week. They ran into a problem and called me to inform me of what my options were. At no time did I feel pressured into doing something I didnt want to do and they fixed everything I wanted fixed. I also purchased my bike there. I researched various dealers (in state and out of state), Craigslist, Pennswoods, you name it and I looked, for 2 years and this dealer was by far the cheapest.

They have had my bike nearly all summer Ive had a hopping issue in the front end brand new honda. My thought were that its the tire and they have done everything but change the tire. I had to go down and I had a word with Paul gatto finally he said they would replace it and theyd have it delivered by Monday and it is Wednesday and still no bike no calls no voice mails. Ive always had to call to find out whats going on. Will never ever go their for anything. I recommend not going their.

NO MATTER WHAT DEPARTMENT WE ARE IN, MOTOR CLOTHES/PARTS/SHOWROOM, MY WIFE AND I ARE ALWAYS TREATED VERY NICE. THE STAFF IS VERY KIND AND INFORMATIVE. THEY HAVE HELPED US ENJOY THIS GREAT HD HOBBY EVEN MORE. GATTOS IS OUR FAVORITE DEALERSHIP AND HOMETOWN SHOP FOR HD ITEMS. THEY ARE ALWAYS EAGER TO HELP AND DO NOT USE HIGH PRESSURE SALE TACTICS. WE PURCHASE ITEMS FOR OUR 06 UCEG AND PURCHASED A NEW HD 1200C RECENTLY. WE WOULD BUY AGAIN WHEN THE TIME COMES AROUND FOR CERTAIN.

I spent the last 2 months pedaling across the country and stopped by Gatto to get my rear derailleur tweaked. I ate at the diner and had great food and wonderful service there, truly wonderful people but then in the bike shop they worked on my bike, forbid me from talking to the mechanic, then leaving there my derailleur was still jumping gears. While the food and diner was well worth the extra 15 mile ride its sad that it is associated with such a poor bike shop.

Took my bike there for a check engine light. They were very helpful in checking in with me for the first couple days about what was wrong with the bike, but every day after that I was left in the dark. Never knew what they were doing to it, they never got in contact with me about if I needed a part. I always had to contact them for information on my bike. I never felt like my bike was a priority to them. Overall disappointed with their service department.
