I am a Harley owner..& ive been to all the local cycle shops.. I own a custom chopper..and the best mechanics and the best attitudes Iv dealt with are from North Ridge Yamaha..Dustin, & Cody are AWSOME mechanics and great guys..attitude is everything in life..it opens doors and closes doors..and when you talk to Joe or Ralph, weather in the store or in line getting groceries your comfortable to "open" that door to do business with them..In the world of 2 wheels, when things go wrong it can be fatal.....when you take your bike to these guys you can rest assured it was done right and with respect..because just talking to them reflects their character!!! how many Harley owners you know take there bike to a "Jap" shop???.......Thank you North Ridge..Your a "Rare Breed"...Rock Jones

Jed maybe you got a knock off Chinese part from Amazon. You should complain to Japan about the price of a gas cap. Not a local business. When your bike grenades brings it back itll be running in tip top shape. These guys bend over backwards to get customers machines back up and running with quick turnaround time. Theyve had total rebuild done on my race bikes in 4 days or less. Blow up on Sunday and Im back practicing by the following Thursday and racing again the very next weekend.

My gas cap broke on my Yamaha Vstar, and I called this establishment to see what the replacement cost would be. I was quoted a price of $115, because it was "not in stock". I was also told that it wouldnt arrive for 3-7 business days. Then I looked at Amazon, and for a price of $25, including shipping, I had the part in 2 business days. I prefer to support small, local businesses, but I will not do so when the prices are 460% of what I would pay elsewhere.

Took the bike to a small NRY yesterday after getting verbal recommend. When I find great service, friendliness and mechanic knowledge that I found yesterday its no problem for me to pass it on. North Ridge Yamaha has it all and the mechanic even let me stand in the shop doorway asking him questions (and eyeballing his work) while he worked on my bike. Try doing that at one of the big corporate owned shops !

Great prices, service and people! I live about 2 hours from them so I dont go there but I dont need to...call and tell them what you need and done. Best prices around and very helpful. I actually pass another Yamaha dealer on my way to work in Alliance and all I can get from them is "sorry, thats the MSRP". If youre going to charge me full price, at least do it with a smile. North Ridge is great.
