I purchased my motorcycle from Team Charlotte Motorsports a while ago and continued taking it their for service and parts purchases over the years. This past week I called them as I was due for another service. I spoke to someone on the phone and realized they had new ownership. As usual, I asked for an appointment and the person on the phone told me there was no need for an appointment and to just come early in the morning. I asked several times if he was sure as I would have to coordinate a ride and everything. He assured me that it was ok and that they would get me in. That Saturday as previously discussed I came into the store 15 minutes after they opened their doors. I walked in and told the gentlemen I had spoken to someone on the phone and had been told to come in. He proceeded to tell me they were booked out for the day and asked me why I didnt make an appointment. I told him I attempted to do so and that I couldnt come back, I told him I had gone ahead and gotten someone to give me a ride and this was a big inconvenience. I requested he tried to talk to his manager and see if they could do something. He walked over to his manager and the manager, looked at me and said, sorry, were booked, youre more than welcome to come back next Saturday. Needless to say this place clearly doesnt put customers first anymore, it is sad to see an establishment that you have gone to over the years completely put aside customer service for "ease of their own gains". They just lost a good customer. Sucks for them as I was in the market for another fun ride again.

Worst service dept. I have ever seen. I broke down about 70 miles south of Charlotte & had to get towed into town after midnight. Tow truck dropped me at a hotel. Called here first thing in the morning & they sent a guy with a trailer to pick me up at the hotel. Told them I was 1200 miles from home & needed to get back on the road. Their response? Get a hotel for 4 or 5 days, because they were too busy to even look at the bike. I called my regular dealer back in Dallas and described the problem to them over the phone and they gave me a probable fix. The guy behind the counter laughed and said "You think they can diagnose something like that over the phone?" Asked if I could borrow a couple tools, he said no.... Walked a block or so to an auto parts store, bought what I needed and worked on the bike in the back lot. Had it running in about 40 minutes, the dealer in Dallas was right on. Took the service tag off the windshield & walked in & told the guy it was running & I didnt need service after all. He thought a minute & then said, "Well, I guess I wont charge you for a service call" I bit my tongue & didnt say a word, I just walked out & rode off. But I will make every effort to spread the word about what a terrible dealership this is. Ive traveled the entire country and Canada and have never bumped into any dealer that wouldnt at least look at the bike to get you back on the road again. Worst part? The service dept wasnt even busy.

I was in the market for a motorcycle to get back into riding again. My son decided he also wanted to get into riding so we went together. The sales team, the service dept, even the accessories dept staff were all SO helpful and super nice. We both bought a new sport bike and gear and they all stayed well over an hour after closing to work with us and answer questions. We were both just shocked by the incredible staff. I have to say the shear selection of all kinds of vehicles from scooters, sport bikes, cruisers, water and all-terrain vehicles is amazing. Heres the real kicker for me: we drove there so one us had to drive their bike home while the other drove the car and shuttled both of us back to pick up the other bike. We got back to the store and found the owner (who we hadnt even met at that point) had stayed there watching the bike we parked on the side of the store. He introduced himself and thanked us for doing business and made very sure we were happy. I mean by this time it was 7:00 pm and they close at 5:00 pm. If youre out shopping, do yourself a favor and stop by sometime. Youll be glad you did. Really great people. BTW: I bought a new, red Ninja 300. Love it!! Good starter sports bike. They stayed after hours in service to get them ready too.

Walked in ready to buy multiple motorcycles with cash. Not a single person came up to help. I had to go ask for it, when I told them I needed to test ride before purchasing, they had apparently never heard of a test ride. The salesman treated me very poorly. I knew more about most of the bikes than he did. It was VERY obvious that all he cared about was trying to make extra money by getting me to take out a loan from the bank. I had already told him several times I would be paying cash. He continued to try to convince me that I should take out a loan. I then sat for over an hour with zero help from the salesman (who sat on his phone the ENTIRE time) or any of the managers. I got up, took my business elsewhere, and promptly bought two motorcycles from another establishment, all due to the terrible attitude of this salesman. I will never return and will never offer my hard earned money to this dealer again. The BMW/Ducati dealership is professional. This is place is a joke.

Stopped into the store after seeing a bike listed online that was at their location. Bike was very well represented in their online description/pictures. Unlike some places there were no surprises. The folks there were great to deal with. My sales person was Ed and he had a great personality, easy to relate to. Everyone was attentive to questions, and yet not a hard-sell. There were more than happy to give assistance when I wanted it, and leave me alone to look and ponder a purchase. The purchase process was easy and I got a very fair deal on my Kawasaki 2013 ZX6R-636 that I traded in. (BTW, if anyone is looking for a good super-sport, that ZX6 has absolutely nothing wrong with it mechanically. I only traded it in because Im 51 years old and 61" tall with an old knee injury and the past couple years its been getting to where my knee cant stand to be tucked up for more than 45 minutes to an hour.)

They have an excellent selection of used and new motorcycles. The sales manager and money manager are great guys that offer amazing customer service. The sales manager even called me himself after purchase because i felt the fuel pump was on the noisy side. He offered to get it looked at even though the bike was sold as is. HOWEVER, there sales staff is the absolute worst. The sales member I worked with this past time was very unprofessional and had poor customer service. My girlfriend planned to buy a motorcycle but after being with me - she refused to go back and buy from this location. The sales guy complained when he was asked from his boss to clean the bike off after it was purchased. He also told me to ride it around the parking lot so he could see it fall over. I would return to this location because of the rest of the experience but i will NOT buy from that one sales guy ever again.
