Whenever you see a Harley, no matter if it is a Sportster or Road King, you see it the way YOU think it should be. It could be red but all you see is denim black, it could have gloss black parts all you see is chrome. I went to Speedway HD looking for my perfect Harley and not only found it, I met a GREAT group of folks that helped ensure my purchase was well informed and smooth. When my wife and I arrived we were introduced to Rick in the sales group who could not have done a better job. Being disabled, I told him about my special needs, he listened, we looked at the Freewheeler (a trike since I can’t hold a regular bike up anymore), he explained how different options could help me enjoy short rides more. He quickly brought over Kurt from service and they changed out seats, added back rests and other things to make sure I was the most comfortable I could be while riding. They spent a fair amount of time listening to my concerns and never once tried to sway a decision or push an option. After they got a great setup for me, Rick offered for us to take it out making sure it would be enjoyable for my wife and I both, continuing to ask how I was physically on the bike or what adjustments could be made. Rick (and Kurt) gave me some great ideas for carrying my walking cane which was huge since holding it in my teeth was probably out of the question (it may have looked cool if it was a sword). Rick went over everything on the bike upon delivery to again make sure I was safe and ready to enjoy the wind in my face and bugs in my teeth. We then met Jen (and others) in the clothing section, they helped us with jackets, helmets, boots and such. Jen spent way too much time listening to me ramble on about jackets and how I couldn’t make up my mind, she asked great questions like what kind of riding we thought we would do (time of day, length, areas) to make sure she gave the best advice. Not once did I feel rushed, the whole group answered a lot of questions that day and made us feel like we made the right purchase for our riding needs/wants. I’ve spoken about Kurt but man what a great guy, I think since my purchase he has went over every page in the touring section of the catalog. The admin process was also as painless as it could have been, Tyler made sure we understood the paperwork, warranties, the HOG benefits as well as the local HOG benefits. Harley owners already know they are in a very unique family, where we all have a little black sheep in us but at Speedway no matter if you have a disability or a special need, are looking for a bike or a pair of gloves; they will spend the time to find what will work best for you so you can enjoy the ride. See you on the road.

If you need parts, or want to buy something in the store, its all good. But God help you if you have to have service work done on your bike, my experience was not for service work needed, but to have my bike checked over after an accident (I was hit in the rear while stopped throwing me and my ultra classic onto a trailer in front of me). I was told there is a $100 or so charge for this which I agreed since insurance company was going to cover that, after a week of the bike sitting there I was called by the "service manager" that my estimate was ready, I told him I would come down and take a look at it and the estimate. When I got there and we walked into the shop, my bike looked just like it did when I dropped it off there, not one single screw or bolt removed, but yet they had a $3000 est. I asked where the rear fender was on the est. and the rear tourpack, front lowers and other things, he told me that the tech must not of looked in the rear. THATS WHERE THE IMPACT WAS!!!! He said he would get the tech back on it after lunch. The next day he calls me again, saying the est. was ready, I told him to fax it to me, now the est. is in the $5000 range, and its still missing the rear fender and a couple other things, I called him and told him again. A couple hours later, I get the new and improved est. which is now over $7000 and my bike is deemed a total loss. When I stopped back at the dealer to retrieve some personal belongings out of my bike, it still looked the same, not one screw or bolt removed to inspect the frame or anything under the plastics. It did take a hard hit on the front wheel hitting the car hauler before forcing the bike up and onto the trailer. I am also a Service manager, shop manager and been a tech for well over 30 years, if it had been some "joe shmo" customer that doesnt know anything about mechanics or bikes, they would have gotten taken for a bad ride. And how can you charge a customer $100 or so to do an accident inspection and not even pull one damn screw off the bike!!!!!??????? These guys in the service dept. are IDIOTS and should NOT be working on bikes! Let alone changing oil at a WalMart. I warn anyone I know NOT to go to this dealer for ANY service or repair work. IDIOTS!!!!

I like most of you read customer feedback on places I shop. As a result over the years I’ve matured and realized the best judgment is one I make from my own experiences. Let me tell you my experiences at Speedway Harley Davidson over the past 6 months since I moved here. Aimee Rogers and her team have proven to be great friends and partners. They have given me what I think is personal and very professional customer service in all departments from Sales, to Parts, to Service, to Motor Clothes and from all other support functions of the Dealership. I’m in the Dealership 3 – 5 times per month just to browse around and share some fellowship with my new friends. There hasn’t been a time when Dane or Jeremy or Jaime or Dennis, or Matt or Karyn, or Jeff or Frankie or Joe or Dan or Nikki or Jasmine or Kate or Kurt or the other Jaime (LOL) or Aimee herself hasn’t taken a minute to come say hi or share a story or playfully chide to set up for the next visit. I feel they are genuinely glad to see me; it feels like a family, like they’ve adopted me as one of their own. I like going there and will continue to do so! Since I arrived here in March of this year I’ve had a few Service opportunities and have purchased two bikes from them, both 2016’s. I’m a very careful shopper and I pay close attention to details of price and service. I have to say this Dealership has it right! Fair deals, great maintenance, great selection of parts, clothes and accessories and most importantly a can and will do attitude that makes the whole experience special. I think you’re missing out on something really special here if you don’t experience Speedway Harley Davidson for yourself. Walk in, go find Aimee Rogers. Introduce yourself and start your journey. If you’re fair minded I think you’ll be glad you did. Aimee -- Here’s a personal note for you: Thank you for assembling and sharing a great team. You have my respect, friendship and loyalty!
