As far as the sales department they are great period I have bought two motorcycles from them sales gets 5 Stars both times. Now for the one star. I own a 2010 Kawasaki Voyager which recently has giving me trouble with a clutch problem, cant pull the handle even with two hands. This can be serious on road if that happens. Supposedly Master cylinder was leaking and having used wd40 on the handle to get it home that night. I bought the bike in two month ago to Champions. Charged for a Master Cylinder rebuild because the fluid was dirty not covered under warranty Okay no problem right ? In the process of moving to Missouri end of May 2016. I took bike home and before the move i maybe put on 40 miles currently looking for paperwork. But also had oil change . I made the move trailer-ed the bike 1100 miles and arrived in Sedalia Missouri 22 May!!! Parked bike unloaded truck and then moved second house into the new one. Last week on Wednesday took the bike out for roughly 80 mile trip and then parked bike. While on that ride i called local Kawasaki Dealer ordered back tire and brakes all around. Yesterday on the Sixth of June I went to drive bike and Rock Hard Clutch Again! I had just had This Clutch master Cylinder Rebuilt and Charged for it!!!! 200 Dollars!! Dealer just by luck called and said my parts were in and i said come get this bike as it has Same Issue that Supposedly Champions Fixed!!! I was on phone with Service Department and Explained the situation and i got the standard that fluid was dirty and that was causing the clutch to be bad. Now Granted there is not much that they (champions) Could Do as they were 1100 Miles away but I said the bill was coming to them From Another Kawasaki Dealership. They Lady on phone didnt like that. Well they charged me for a Fix that did not Fix the problem and now it is back in shop for the same issue. Local Kawasaki Dealer Came to Get bike and the tech showed up with wrench to quickly Bleed off system. Nope not the problem. But they have it now. While the tech was working on bike at my house he heard sound in Slave Cylinder section of bike? So my opinion is make sure they do a full inspection on the bike. I will be in contact with Champions on this issue because of now I feel i have been ripped off and then given back a unsafe machine to drive, although when i took the bike it seemed okay.. but after only 200 miles ?.. I was told on phone that i was being threatening but when my life was in serious danger because of faulty work well trust me when i say this as a retired sailor who has been riding for 30 years. A threat is to blow up the business... not being sent a bill. So i have notified Kawasaki America as well they are sending me a complaint form. It will be sent in with detail of what both dealerships did. So they can decide. Vr David Rivera update as of 6/7/2016 1057 am.. Norm the store manager Called as i explained the problem he had ticket in front of him and agreed to refund 164 dollars of the clutch master cylinder rebuild and send the money to Dealer where bike is at in Sedalia Missouri.

Let me start by saying next month Ill be 72 years old and this is not my first rodeo. I got my first motercycle, an old 250 one lung Indian I was 12. That was 60 years ago. In my lifetime I have bought many cars, trucks and motorcycles. Ive experienced many types of dealers, salesmen and service people and its because of that fact Im inspired to write this review for Champions Honda Kawasaki. You see I wrote a rather lengthy review late the night before last and for some reason it didnt post. I have a lot to tell you about my experience with Champions from my very first phone call, to signing the papers and right on through my first 600 mile service and having parts installed that their parts man Vinny had ordered for me. Now the bad part. Because I am almost 72 and its late once again, I make mistakes and have to do things over so I will continue this tomorrow. Goodnight Vinny......;-) I just lost the 4th time Ive tried to finish this at any length. Ill just say Pat, on the phone, gave me an OTD price way less than the competition so I decided to drive the 100 miles and find out. Best 100 miles Ive ever driven. Patrick was true to his word and I saved over a 1000 dollars out the door. Pat introduced me to Norm the GM and we over the financial end. With in minutes he had the loan at less than 4%. Total time less than 30 minutes. Norm introduced me to Vinny the parts man. Guy with a great sense of humor. I needed a helmet. Vinny is another great member of the Champions tean. I picked a helmet I liked and Vinny me a great deal. To make things even better, the said they would deliver my bike the next day at no charge. I hadnt even asked. I got back home and found I didnt like the fit of the helmet so I called parts. A young lady said no problem. She would sent the other one I tried with the delivery man. Bike was delivered the next day and exchanged. The fellow unloaded my bike and rolled right into my garage. Another nice friendly employee. Now the best part. My always said every dealer sells cars but what happens after you sign the papers thats most important. After my first experience with Champions I thought I would drive the 100 miles back and get my 600 mile service. They were expecting me and I arrived at about 9:30 am. The young man and lady on the front service desk were great. They took my bike back did the complete service and installed some parts Vinny had ordered for me and fit those to me while I sat on my bike. All this in about an hour and a half. A company thats there after the sale for you. You know from the phone call to the finance to the parts department to the service department is a great crew of people. Young people who represent Champions Honda Kawasaki as if they were the owners. If you were looking for a bike or an at or maybe just need your bike service it would be your loss if you didnt try Champions first. Thanks for reading.

This was by far the worst buying experience I have ever encountered. We saw a bike listed online with no price, so we called for the info before we went up there. They gave us a price but when we went in and spoke with the same person that we spoke with on the phone he said he was mistaken and it was actually $500 more than he told us on the phone. We were paying cash so we told them its the price they gave us on the phone or nothing at all. They broke for us and gave us that price. In the sale, they hit you with at $300 "inspection fee". THIS FEE IS BOGUS!!! I would suggest if you do actually buy from this place that you demand a full inspection report before agreeing to this fee, as we did not request this and 10 miles up the road after we purchased the bike, it broke down. Now it does say "as-is" on the receipt and it does not come with a warranty/guarantee, however they still came and got the bike, put a brand new battery in it and sent us on our way. This would have made me happy but then as we are pulling into our driveway, the bike dies AGAIN!! (Had this been inspected as they charged me for, whatever is going on should have been found ... my opinion). The next morning they came and got it again, now it needs a voltage regulator, they have to order the part and it might take a couple days. OK. I can wait since they are willing to fix it on their dime, but then a couple days passes with no phone call what-so-ever. So I call and they say they got the part and the bike should be done that afternoon. Needless to say it has now been a week since I bought the bike and I still dont have it back. They dont call me, so I call them everyday and everyday they say "Itll be ready this afternoon, sit back, well call you" and every day Im disappointed yet again because they dont even bother to call me and let me know that it wont be done that day. They just lock up, go home and dont even care about their customers. As grateful as I am that they are taking care of the issue, I would have rather paid out of pocket to a place that knows what they are doing so that I can finally ride the bike I purchased a week ago. - UPDATE - We got the bike back, it ran ok for 3 days and broke down on us again!! $80 to tow it to another place. Yes, another shop! We decided 3rd time is too much and we are taking it elsewhere. This other place found multiple things wrong, but my biggest issue now is that Champions got this bike and just stuck it on their lot. They didnt do a thing!! This bike needs a stator, tune up and OIL CHANGE!! Going to cost me an additional $600 just to make this thing run. Champions was so lazy they couldnt even check the oil?!?! WORST PLACE EVER!!!
