Ive been bringing my 1991 Suzuki GSX1100G to these guys for six years. Years ago I wrote a positive review, and heres another one. I suddenly had an electrical failure on my bike so that my brake lights, dash lights, horn, and blinkers stopped working. I noticed the fuse was blown out, so I replaced that and it blew out immediately. I sent an email to Palmetto Motorsports and got a response within 10 minutes. I was told to stop by at my convenience just to make sure that the fuse was not the problem. I got there and was given a few fuses to try out. On my way out to the bike, the service guy, Torque, notices me, asks me whats wrong, and I explain it to him. He stops in the middle of what he was doing to have a look. He couldnt find anything obvious. Then he looks at me and says, "I dont want you riding without a brake light. Roll it in." I told him I didnt have an appointment and he repeated that I should get the bike in the garage. 20 minutes later the problem was found and shown to me. Within 10 minutes of that, the problem was fixed. These guys take care of their customers and take pride in their excellent work. Theyre the best in all of South Florida.

I have never been able to visit the store unfortunately but I bought a bike from them a few years ago. A RM250 year 2008, last production year of that bike so far I know. The bike came in several parts due to our local customs but I have to say that those guys went through a great deal of trouble to make me a happy customer. I got the bike with a new top end installed, something happening pretty seldom these days. The complete sale was over Email and phone and they complied to the letter. Thanks guys really you did a great job, I still own that bike. :)

I bought my KTM RC390 Cup from here, the sales person was great ! but one day after, the bike didnt start, so I toke it to the service and they told me that they have 2 weeks waiting time and after that will take another 2 weeks or more to fix it, they told me they are short stuffed on mechanics and it is a long time problem they have, Also they refuse to make any extra efforts to speed up the process.... So, I called RIVA Motorsports, in 1 day they service the bike and FIX the problem, If I knew that before hand I will bought my bike from RIVA.

WOW! What a beautiful store! Very accomodating parts dept, very fair pricing. Parts counter pretty busy but worth the wait. Full service, parts, sales, all in one store. Sales dept did NOT hound me and pressure me like they do at car dealerships. They let me brouse around and check out the bikes on my own time then answered every question with expert knowledge! I appreciate not feeling pressured to "buy now". VERY refreshing experience!!! I highly recommend! Keep up the good work Palmetto!!

I called to ask if they carried Dianese apparel and was placed on hold several times before i finally decided to go some place else. The person on the phone was unprofessional and borderline rude. Needless to say i would rather drive to Philadelphia on my bike than to cross the street to purchase anything from this place. Dont waste your time... you can get better service from a McDonalds in the middle of the worst town in south Florida.

Nice dealership. Good variety of bikes and brands, Suzuki, Kawasaki, KTM, Husqvarna, Husaberg, lots to choose from. Great accessories section with lots of variety. Nice selection of clothing, helmets, riding apparel. Very friendly and helpful employees. Went to inquire about some KTM parts that were special order. Came back two months later and they actually had ordered the parts for me and I went home with the parts in hand.

I wish I could leave no stars in the review for this establishment. When I walked in, I was not greeted by anyone and as I looked at the motorcycles no one came by to assist me. Once I went to the front desk and asked for help, I was told to go speak to a man at the front of the store. He pointed at the bikes I was interested in and did not offer any help. Horrible experience! I would not recommend anyone to this location.

Was in the showroom and no one bothered to come up to me and ask if I needed help you or if I was interested is something! Needless to say I was truly planning to buy a bike today! When I called to see if maybe someone on the phone would give me some Information and let them know how much I wanted to walk out today with a motorcycle I was put on hold for way to long. Great showroom. Lots of gear. Bad customer service

Great sales department. The service department experience was terrible. I went to have my oil change in my Hayabusa for the first time. The service tech added on issues that had nothing to do with my bike. I left paying over $300 for and oil change. This was an complete ripoff. He justified it by showing me his ridiculous manual as a justification.

The parts and repair department at this place is horrible. One time they gave my bike back with no brakes. Another time I checked on the availability of a part over the phone and they didnt have the part when I got there. The wait to talk to anyone is usually a long time and the service is sub-par. I will not be returning to this place.

Bought my KTM 1290 Super Adventure here, staff are great. I am traveling through the Americas and the staff also helped me with new tyres, new rim and some much needed accessories and shipped them to Colombia. How awesome is that? They are not into discounting, but who cares when you get such great service!
