I spoke to a gentleman who was extremely rude. I bought a lipstick 5 minute before in that same store, of course the one that I got to try on was the tester. By the way the 30 minutes or so that I was in this store no one offer to help me with anything, they were happily talking to each other. I walked out of the store and realized that I had bought the wrong color, I was in hurry, no one was helping me and I did indeed get one from where the tester was at, which only makes me assume that it had been mixed in there by accident. I returned immediately after I noticed, which could not have been more than 5 to 10 minutes and the gentleman who helped me kept looking at me and talking to me in such a rude manner. He then moved on to explain to me how he does things in order to avoid getting the wrong item. Besides the fact that no one helped me, and how pleasantly they kept the chit chat just to one another, with obvious customers in the store he still has the audacity to tell me how to do it "right". I will not be returning to this store, I just cannot believe how they treated me. I love sephora and I am loyal customer but if you want a pleasant and helpful customer service do not go to this store!!!!
Lord Jesus I just had the worse experience of my life there it was so humiliating for me and my daughter. I bough an eyeshadow a few weeks ago, didnt like it so decided I would exchange it. Right when I got there the lady was not happy I was exchanging it the first thing she said was "we have had so much merchandise stolen from here we are really being strict on returns"!!!! MAKING IT SOUND LIKE I HAD STOLEN THE EYESHADOW!!!! Yes!!! She then stated that their policy is not the same as Sephora and because it had been more than ONE month I would not be able to get full credit!!. I been shopping at Sephora for decades & I know how much they CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Sephora has a pretty reasonable policy for exchanges and returns and Jcpenny does NOT honer it!! If you buy make up frequently do not buy at this Sephora because if for any reason you decide to exchange it. THEY WILLL NOT DO IT. And on top they WILLL probably treat you like they treated me. Save yourself the embarrassment.
Walked around for 15 to 20 minutes, there was literally no one else in the department but my friend and I and three associates. The entire time I was there not even one of them said hello or even looked up to acknowledge us. I was so annoyed we just decided to leave and shop online instead.

I always have a lovely time at this Sephora. Everyone is always kind and takes the time to help me find exactly what I am looking for. Bea in particular is super helpful. She helped me find the perfect-for-me concealer a couple of days ago. Very pleased!!
There Sooooo Racist they lie about their return policy just so they wont do it. I reported them and report them when they do. Thats not right theres no such thing they cant exchange youre stuff with out a receipt.
