Went on my birthday to spoil myself with new foundation, powder, highlighters, pretty much everything. I was a little disappointed with the customer service since there were 3 girls and I went up multiple times asking for advice and reviews on products or where to find things and they barely acknowledged me and just pointed in the direction of where stuff was. I spent about an hour in there just looking for stuff and looking up reviews to see if I would like it. At least I got free samples for my birthday.

Every time I go into this store, the manager will help me in the most half-a** way. Ill eventually find my own stuff and not even have her "help" be useful. The manager Im talking about is Cecilia, and the only reason I know, is because after her bare minimum service and sad excuse for a smile, shell write her name on my receipt and ask for a survey. Someone needs to teach her how to be a manager.

I was always impressed with the cleanliness of the store, availability of products they sell, and the helpfulness of the associates. Whenever a product is out, they offer to reserve the product for you when it comes. They are knowledgeable of the products and they are always friendly. Best Sephora store in NM!
