So first of all I walk into the store just cbaing so much and trying to look for this tool, then I approach one of the employees and I be like can you please show me where this tool is? But the employee cbas and goes to bed...very poor customer service..I rate it 9/11

Wow! Cant believe the bad reviews! I go there often and have always had a great experience! They usually have what I need for my projects and are very willing to help me solve my problems. I am so thankful to have such a great hardware store so close to home!

They are very helpful and Ive always gotten Great customer service. Id be willing 2 bet that those that complained in their comments get treated poorly wherever they go, just due 2 their personalities!! Or maybe they work for ACE hardware!! LOL

Both the manager and assistant manager are very rude to their customers. The other clerks and cashiers are what really make the store. This ACO does not value their customers but they sure need to. I agree very por customer service.

The change over to Ace has been good for the store. The attitude has changed and the inventory is much better. Prices are high but you pay for the convenience of the local store. Not as good as Stones Ace on Baldwin but good.

Good selection of basic hardware, specialty items and home maintenance products, which are well organized, but the staff is not particularly friendly or helpful. You have to seek someone out to ask a question.
