I love the selection of industrial tools the store chain offers because theyre hard to find elsewhere, so one star for that. However, the service at the Snellville location is horrible. I brought in a Powerhouse pressure washer a year ago and it took almost two months for them to replace an O-ring. Only reason it didnt take longer is because I had to call THEM to inquire about my item. The female manager was very rude about "their" delay, like i did something wrong. It had been ready for pick up but they never called to tell me. Five days ago I bought a Honda hht35s string trimmer and had to bring it right back two days later because it kept shutting off. A different manager said it will have to go in their shop. A brand new trimmer in the shop already, are you kidding me! Oil was already murky and watery-looking but they tried to make the issue mine instead of between them and Honda and refused to replace it. I gave them the benefit one too many times but I will NEVER shop here again.

Protip: If youre planning on shopping here, bring a folding chair so you can be comfortable while you wait to check out. I have never been here when the store was adequately staffed. Its a mystery to my why they would build a multi-million dollar facility and then not be ready to help customers. The last time I was there I finally gave up waiting to check out (one register open) because the cashier was bogged down with a return or other customer service issue. I finally gave up and put the $100 worth of items I was buying on the counter and left. Im going to do my best to not have to return to this location again.

Tiene bastante pero no todo lo que se necesita, el servicio es bueno y los empleados muy atentos conocen bien su trabajo. Es un lugar pequeño pero agradable para lo básico.

absolutely horrible, the manager and the associates I dealt with were extremely rude to me and my father, this was the second time Ive went and the attitudes were ridiculous. I called in advance to make sure the product was there, they assured me it was so I went right over and what a surprise I get there and there are none. a waste of my time and patience.

Good selection of tools with decent prices. Hard to see from main road (Hwy 78) due to being located behind a buffet restaurant.
