Bought Samsung washer and dryer. Home Depot forgot to order it! We called on the day it was to be delivered and the store manager did not care. He blamed it on Samsung. Called Home Depot customer service and she was very nice and helpful. She told us that it was never ordered. When new dryer finally arrived it squeeks when running and does not dry. Again called the store, they dont care. Told us to contact Samsung. Called customer service, she transferred us to Samsung. Waited 40 min on hold and got disconnected. Very disappointed with customer service. Im going to lowes across the street and recommend everyone else does also!

I went to buy shelving and needed wood cut. There was associated in the area but they never asked one single time if they could help me. I hate when anyone plays the race card BUT I noticed that the associates asked every single black person if they could help them. So I asked for help and was told "yeah, ill find someone to help you". 20 minutes later and no help. I left and vow I will NEVER shop at HOME DEPOT!

Overall typical experience. However, I do not like that employees are directing you to check online when asked the simplest of questions. While HD is encouraging people to buy off line the store should know what is available and what isnt. In addition I dont think a question about the features of product that is in-store should warrant the customer being told to go online.

Awesome customer service! My husband and I went to buy paint on Christmas Eve and we had questions and needed lots of help. We were so grateful to get the service we received. Our paint guy was very knowledgeable and patient with us! Definitely will shop at this location from now on! Everyone was very nice! :)

Home depot is one of my favorite stores. But not this one. Associates at the return desk were very rude and unprofessional. They said that home depot does not honor the manufacturer warranty for Klein or milwaukee tools that have a lifetime warranty. When I know they do.

This Home Depot has the most help paint department I have ever used. I worked in home remodel in college throughout the southeast and these guys are the best. They are always willing to not only help but educate you on how you should buy paint.

Do not go and rent any tools from this store they are extremely rude and the managers there or has help full as a three-year-old and I am not exaggerating!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to rent any other store trust me if you do, you will regret it!!

This store is bigger compare to snelville and Lilburn stores. They also have bigger tool rental. Better options available here. Well staffed. Havent bought anything expensive though. Friendly staff.
