I went in there today (4/25/17),at approximately 3:30pm. I went to the deli to get some fried chicken. I asked how fresh it was. She said "over 2 hours". She said that they were going to prepare some more and it would be ready in about 25 minutes.. So I went over to where they put their rotisserie chickens. The first one I looked at was put out there at 9:30am. Yes you read that right. It had been out there for 6 hours. I didnt need to look at anymore. I then asked the young lady if she realized that they had chicken out there since 9:30am. Her answer was that there had been shift change. I wont be going back there except for canned goods. Ive never been a very big fan of this store. The manager needs to stay on top of things.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE.....ONE PROBLEM, THE BAKERY DEPARTMENT(THE WHOLE DEPARTMENT) IS SO RUDE BEYOND BELIEF!!!!! I JUST HUNG UP WITH THEM ABOUT FIVE MINUTES AGO, AND CONTEMPLATING CANCELLING MY ORDER!!! NUMBER ONE WITH MY STAFF IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, MAYBE I SHOULD GO OVER AND HAVE A TALK WITH THEIR STAFF!!!! (PS: NOT THE FIRST TIME, BUT REALLY BAD THIS TIME)

Thanks Tom Thumb & Kyle was great tonight he got me my jumbo cup cakes and we found two containers & tape them together to get them to fit. He went the extra mile even though it was not his area or expertise. Gotta love it when an employee goes out to help you like that. Thank you Tom Thumb. I will be back Brenda Gaines Campbell!

I love this store. Its a bit more expensive than the nearby Kroger, but the cleanliness, friendly service, and selection more than makes up for it. They have a broad selection of healthy and organic foods, and they always have plenty of cash registers open, so I rarely have to stand in line. I do all my grocery shopping here now.

They are always stocked on sale items. Help is a little hard to find if your looking for something and not familiar with the store. Starbucks located in the store, which was nice and the service was good too. They had what I was looking for and I got out in a reasonable amount of time.

EXTREMELY clean, well stocked. Best grocery store floral department! Our cashier, Alice was very friendly & engaging. I rarely come here, as they are more expensive than where I usually go (Kroger) but they had a good ad and I decided to go in. Good decision on my part!

I went into this store one day to talk to the manager and he was new.....he didnt care about my issue and then kicked me out of the store. As I left he shouted "Ill call the police if you come back to my store". Stay away from this Tom Thumb if you are concerned. Richard

Easily accessible, but somewhat pricey. I come here all the time, but you have to be careful what you buy. Some things at Tom Thumb are WAY over priced. My main reason for coming here is convenience.

I always get exactly what I need. The store is clean and they stock a great selection. The workers from the cashiers to the baggers to the department clerks, are typically very friendly and pleasant.
