Mi experiencia en Kroger ahora fue yo fui de compras y cuál fue mi sorpresa que cuando quise pagar la máquina no agarraba el pago y pregunte que pasaba ime dicen Yano agarramos estampillas y con toda la comida escaneada qué pena bueno cuento esto para otra persona no pase por esto feliz día Dios les bendiga

Some of the items are a good deal. Once I went at night and they had no lettuce or milk and they said I have to come back because there arent stockers for those departments??? Ok.. A couple of times my milk had went bad way earlier than the date, as well as some sandwich meat. Wash your brocolli very well, ive gotten some with live and dead caterpillars. Ive also found little black beetles in unopened pasta packages and bones sometimes in my catfish fillets. Can see mold on some of the ceiling tiles.

Usually Krogers is great but one of the workers (Crista or Krista) rudely conversated w another worker and crappily bagged my groceries and while I reached to get it she kinda threw it towards me. Never going in her line again she was more Interested on how shell get the day off instead of checking us out. No wonder her line was empty in top of this she spent 5 minutes trying to type in my number I said clearly and gave up and said you do it I do feel like it.

Its the neighborhood Kroger and its a great place to shop in my experience. It lacks a full-service butcher, the upsides are the hot deli and bakery, good for rolls, breads, and donuts. It is an older Kroger, so the visuals are dated (c. 1997) and it could use new U-Scan machines. But once you find your way around, its pretty great to get around. Also, dont miss their clearance baskets, some good deals to be had.

If youre coming here after 11 to avoid the long lines at Walmart, dont bother. They close down all the checkout lanes and only leave the self checkout open, no matter how long the line is, all while the employees lounge up front in the wheelchairs watching and doing absolutely nothing. I thought Kroger was better than this, but I guess good customer service really is dead.

******** I and five other blacks were in the customer service line & after about ten minutes of waiting i ask to managers could they give the ( black) customer service employee some assistance....one of their workers came and got in my face & tried to pick a fight. I took his pictire for evidence. THIS IS THE WORST AND MOST UNCARING STORE IVE EVER WITNESS**********

I think I might be generous by giving this place 3 stars. The managers just dont seem to emphasize that the customers are important. Its seems like the workers would rather socialize than get the customers out the door. I have walked out of this store several times without one purchase because I cant stand how unrespected and ignored I am in there.

This place is a mess. They are at the bottom of the kroger stores. Fruits like banana, avocado are usually close to being rotten, they have an unusually small variety of vegetables for a kroger. Some of the staffs are rude especially the guy whos suppose to be standing around when you walk in the store. I stop going there months ago.

For Krogers, this is one of the older and more run down locations. They tend to not have near the stock that the newer and nicer locations have. Produce section is very limited with wilting evident. Had to throw out some meat we bought there once because it had a very tainted smell.

They are so fast and patient! Im always there lol My favorite cashier is Brittany (not because we have the same name) shes a very respectful teen who keeps herself busy. I dont know why others on here are complaining, Kroger is known for fast checking.

Old and run down exterior. Produce selection is minimal. Entryway is extremely small which could create an emergency situation. Not satisfied with the way the parking lot is kept up and the surrounding businesses let their outside of the property look.

I am a very loyal customer for at least 20 years to the Kroger chain. Great store brand products and prices you can find ALL the time. The parking lot is kind of akward but Ill still choose shopping there.

Staff is friendly but the parking lot is a mess. I witness an elderly lady trip on one of the broken cements road bumbs. Ambulance was called. Then the smell when you first walk in sometimes is bad.

Manager needs to be replaced!! Will not order items requested. They dont carry all items in the adds and manager is argumentative. Have had problems with him many times!!

They always have everything I want when Im there the people are always nice the store is always so clean and it doesnt smell like a Mexican store thats why I like it
