Sent my diamond ring to repair for a prong. The store examined the ring before sending it in for repair. A few days later I received a call that my diamond was chipped. I complained and was told pictures are taken at repair before the item is touched. They would get the pictures and show me. Guess What? They could not produces these pictures. Does that tell you something? I am still upset over my diamond. No Zales for me. I am 70 years old and ,you parents shopped there since I was a child.

Way to expensive found our rings online custom made for way cheaper. My friend got his tungsten carbide ring here for $500 and its discolored after a year while a $15 amazon tungsten carbide ring of same design hasnt.

Went in for a battery change and they broke my watch, scratched the case and internal components. They refused to admit that they did it and dismissed us. Terrible experience!! Never coming back here!
