I have been shopping at Basket Case since they originally opened years ago. It is a gem but recently very disappointed in staff. Took a Brighton necklace in to store recently that had tarnished. Have a lot of Brighton necklaces. I was told the staff would ship to Brighton. I have called once a month for updates. Last update from Sue was it just takes time. I asked that she call Brighton direct to find out the status. She assured me she would call and get back with me. She never did call back. When I followed up with her she again said she would contact Brighton. Again no response. The necklace is very special to me as my daughter bought it for me. I went ahead and called Brighton directly. Customer service was very helpful they checked everything and said there was never a call from the Basket Case and as a matter fact they never did receive my necklace for repair. I talked to Brighton customer service on a Friday and by Tuesday I had to replacement necklace in the mail. Sue at the basketcase should have been honest with me and told me that the necklace had been lost instead of putting me off. I did learn that if you have any Brighton merchandise to be repaired you do not have to go directly through the Basket Case-- you can send it directly to Brighton. The Basket Case gets a three star because of the poor follow up and deception on status of necklace. Before that their rating would have been 4.5.

This unique little shop, quaintly tucked away at the back of Lake Christine Center is quite the gem! The store carries the full line of Brighton, as well as other specialties. There is truly something for everyone in this shop. Gifts for new baby, gourmet snacks and dips, boutique fashions, candles, body care, jewelry and more! You have to visit this wonderful place!

Basketcase is my Fave! This store carries EVERYTHING in Brighton, the clothing line is stylish. I love to wear clothing that I know I and a few others might have. Cute baby gifts and she now carries Vera Bradley. Customer service I give high marks. The ladies there are so sweet and very helpful if you are shopping for yourself or if you are looking for a gift.

The sales staff are so helpful. I recently wanted something that they didnt have at the Belleville store, but they did have at the Lebanon store, and in less that 24 hours they were able to get it transferred for me to purchase. I am so very happy.

This elegant store has the best selection of Brighton in the whole St Louis area, especially Brighton charms. They also have unique clothing from moderate to better, nice baby gifts,Vera Bradley, and gifts. Quite nice for Belleville!

I had to find a gift for my daughters birthday, Basketcase not only help me find the right bracelet, they wrapped it for me too!! It was an easy shopping experience, everyone was friendly and helpful.
