I picked up a gemstone on a work trip for my fiancé and had planned on trying to custom craft something using the stone for her. I had a few ideas and I worked with a few different staff members there and all were very helpful and took the time to listen to what I was trying to accomplish. Once I explained my thoughts and the budget that I wanted to stay in I worked with AG to create the perfect pendant and when I saw it, it was better than we had imagined it. I highly recommend them to anyone because they listen and really try to help you walk out with the item you want or envision. They arent your typical jewelry store where they just push the expensive stuff on you or always try to upsell you. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

What a great experience!! My husband and I purchased new wedding sets for our 30th anniversary from Beckers. They were so helpful and patient!! Theresa listened to what I wanted and got BEAUTIFUL diamonds for us to choiose from. And then when I couldnt find exactly what style I wanted for my husband, they actually designed his ring , making it unique!! To top it off, when I wanted to add to the set and was having difficulty finding just the right choice, A.G..found the PERFECT pieces and called me personally to let me know of these new pieces and that he thought they might be what I was looking for........and they definitely were!!! Such great personal service, small town feel, but not lacking in choices and expertise!

They advertise that they buy gold, so I brought some lovely gold & diamond jewelry to them. After waiting a day, I was only offered $320. I declined, brought the same jewelry elsewhere and received $1,000 cash.
