Im EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the quality of furniture that i purchased from Sims. I have purchased a couch, loveseat, bunk beds and a Matress. The Matress is by far the worst purchase, it was comfortable for about 2 months and now its completely misshapen and you can feel the box spring boards through it. This was the 2nd most expensive Matress at this location. The couch wore extremely quick and now when you sit on the couch you sink about 8 inches into the couch. This started to happen after 6 months and continues to get worse daily. When we purchased it you felt like you were sitting on something nice. It feels like it has came completely apart and the leather is holding you up when it reaches its limit. The love seat still feels normal due to it not being used as often. It doesnt have a good view of the Tv. The bunk beds are still in good shape, the drawers under the steps have horrible sliders but well worth the money. Honestly the only quality piece of furniture we have from this place. I have purchased a lot furniture from multiple places, the convenience of Sims credit drew me in this time. I am not saying this is a bad place to purchase furniture from. What I am stating is that its all wore out before it is even paid off. I had an American Freight couch for 5 years prior to this with NO problems or issues. It wouldnt fit in the apartment we moved into so I was forced to down size. Now 1 1/2 years into this couch its junk. Its disappointing but after the 5 months of owning this Matress I will never spend a penny at this place again.
