This has been the worst experience Ive had buying furniture. This order was placed in October 2016. Originally two deliveries were set up. The first was set for the following week. I was to receive my dining set and my living room set. They showed up without my couch, then told me they saw it sitting in the warehouse but the warehouse manager told them they couldn’t take it. An additional delivery was set up for the couch and the side table that had come in early. The delivery team showed up with my couch but without my side table. Customer service calls and sets up a delivery date for the side table. I take time off of work sit at home and no one shows up. So I call customer service and they say they can ship it to the store so I can pick it up and not have to wait. I reach out to the store, they say can’t find it. It’s now December and the bed shipment that had been set up during the initial purchase was pushed out 4 times without a phone call from customer service. So I’m sitting at home taking time off of work with no idea that my delivery has been moved. I call the store and speak to Andy the store manager. Give him the history of what’s going on and ask if him he can help. He promises me he will do some research and get back to me. In the meantime my bed finally shows up only to have the delivery guy gash it into my wall while dragging dirt and all over my carpet. Now I have to set up an additional delivery to get the head board replaced. I call Andy back ( a week after talking to him) and he does not recall talking to me. I go through the entire story again and says oh yeah I put a help desk ticket in to track down the side table that’s all I can do, sorry. I am beyond unpleased. I ask for his managers name and number. He gives me the wrong number. After finally tracking down the person who he says is his boss they inform me they are no longer in that role and I need to speak to someone else. I still don’t have my side table and my bed has a gash in it. I paid for this in October and still don’t have everything I paid for and its been 4 months. If you don’t mind taking time off of work setting up 12 deliveries (not an exaggeration) and ultimately having to clean your house after the deliveries and wait 4 months to get everything this is your spot! If you prefer doing things the simpler way you might want to find somewhere else!

I tried my absolute best not to have to do this but I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE doing business with this furniture store. THE WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Long story as short as possible, but husband and I purchased furniture before Christmas and it was delivered 12/28/16 but the sofa didnt fit so we went back on 1/2/17 to reselect and that was supposed to be delivered 1/13/17. We confirmed delivery and the time slot and the furniture NEVER SHOWED UP! NO CALL! NO SHOW! Hours wasted out of our day. I finally call and we were charged for the furniture that they left behind (when they left the love seat, they said they would pick it up when they deliver the next set, Jeff in the store even confirmed). Well they still charged us for it so that is why our delivery was canceled but WITHOUT US KNOWING! So, we went into the store and finally was told it would come 1/29/17. I spoke with someone yesterday and they told me it cant be until 1/31. Ok, 2 more days... no biggie. But I got a call today and was told that it wont be until 2/6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND I REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM MY MONEY AND ANY MORE OF MY TIME (outside of this review and this is to help others). Their business is TERRIBLE! Customer service is TERRIBLE! And every time weve been or spoken with them after our first visit has been THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Going to Havertys.......... I suggest you do the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a new sectional and after it was set-up and the delivery team left, we started to remove the tags and found a number of defects. I returned to the store and met with the Salesperson and the General Manager and they agreed to replace the furniture. Delivery was set for today, but yesterday, I was told that corporate is refusing the exchange. So, they have your money, they deliver furniture with defects and refuse to make a correction. Well, its only a few thousand dollars, right? As someone who is known to be vocal, I can promise Ashley/Morris that I will do whatever I can to impact their bottom line. Theyre a large company, however with the help of blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn (I have 22K+ connections) I can and WILL, share my experience with thousands. Given that people talk, the number of people that will be made aware will grow, exponentially. Certainly enough to cause them to lose a few potential customers. Oh, and since its under $5000, I can file a small claim with the court and if nothing else, its another platform that will allow me to make more people aware of their standard business practice of "screw the customer." An afterthought...LOCAL MEDIA Save your money, and frustration. Purchase your furniture elsewhere!

I have been a customer at the Tri County store for over 10 yrs and have always been satisfied until now. The staff is great until theres a problem and then no one will talk to you. We bought a bed and dresser about a month ago. When they were delivered the bed was missing the rails. I called the salesperson who was very pleasant and when I asked if I could actually switch the headboard and footboard for a different bed that matched the color of our current dressers better since they had to come out to our house to deliver the rails anyway he was very glad to do that for us. We waited 2 weeks for the new bed to come and for them to pick up the one they delivered. In the meantime we are sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The new bed arrived and it was the wrong size and also missing the rails!! I called and left a message for the asst manager and never received a return call. Left a message for the manager and he never called me back either. I have a bill with a bed on it that I dont have and cant get anyone to call me back and help me. I love Ashley Furniture but will be shopping a different location from now on.

We went into the store in tricounty on November 25 on black Friday. I opened up a credit account there and purchased my son a bed set and a dresser. Delivery was not till December 13 Wichita was pretty ridiculous to begin with. We never received a call nor did anyone come. I called and asked what happened these said they were missing only a headboard and scheduled for December 22. The 22ND came and o call no show again. My husband and I went to the store and talked to a manager he said everything was in and they will deliver December 30th between 9am and 11am. The 30th which is today came and again , no call no show againo. I called and now they are claiming to be missing a rail after I was told 2 separate time that everything was there. I just bought a recliner that I have yet to pick up and I wanted to buy a sofa I seen, but this company does not live up to its name, aso a first time customer I am dissatisfied and will tell my story to the world and leave bad comment and remarks across the web.I am going to return everything I bought and stay shopping at my normal furniture store.
